May 8th return a Santa Fe t hat I had purchased at least almost 3 wks prior due to it stopping on the highway with my son and I on the highway. The engine was failing due to the lack of service Victory gave it prior to me driving it off the lot. Per ****** it had just came in the day I got it and the service men were supposed to service it while I was singing paperwork and etc. That never happened it was only cleaned (per the financial guy ******* Victory stated they had no loaner car for me sent me to voicemail and handed me off to several people until I stated I was contacting the News and KS BBB. Victory had another salesman car me to look at a car and agreed to let me use it so I can get back and fourth to work due to the inconvenience I was subjected to. I told them I didn't like the new car which was a Ford Escape. ***** told me to drive it see if I liked it if I did he would take care of the paperwork with the bank and make the Ford Escape the same sales price as the Santa Fe. When we came back t o return the Ford Escape per Victory Request due to them having ALL paperwork completed to meet our sales needs. When we got there we were ignored by ****** and ***** ***** helped us and was more than a pleasure and listened. ***** came back with a new number of the Ford Escape which wasn't what was originally agreed upon by either party when the Santa Fe was brought back Victory contracted tow company. I declined the offer since it was not anything that ***** nor Victory promised us before I drove the Ford Escape for the "tester". We asked how will we get home since the ford was no longer an option and ***** came back after several minutes and threw $20 at my aunt and said "You can go home". He also gave us the check for the $1000 deposit we gave upon purchasing the Santa Fe. We went to the Victory on the right side of them and our credit was ran again upon asking questions. I saw a GMC Terrian that I was interested in but the sales man Andrew stated it was on the Smithville, he would get it May 10 that never happened.
