            5-20-22...$500.00.......cut down a dead tree and leave the remains....they brought the big boom truck into the back yard and they got stuck leaving ditches in the yard where their big tires spun out to get out.i called them immediately,and they sent a rep.out..he assesed the damage,and admitted they were responsible"quote" thise workers new better then that.he said when the weather dried they would bring in a load of dirt to fill ditches,spread it and sew grass.this never happened.i have called many times and tried to make arrangements,they are now not answering my calls.i emailed them,with no responce.the gentleman that assesed my property has since quit the company.i tried to make arrangements for another assesment,but have got no responce.my back yard is hazerdous.....there is a falling danger.i am 70,my husband is 76 and blind..he cannot even go into the back yard.they left a big mess in the yard with huge pieces of the tree.i have tried to get them to give me an estimate to clean up the tree,with no responce.

            Totally unprofessional. The only acceptable part of our dealing was they were on time for their estimate. Didnt show up for scheduled work. Didnt call to make a new appointment. Called the office number, rude female, and she griped to me that the workers werent the ones to make the appointments. She made a new appointment a few weeks later. NO SHOW - NO NOTIFICATION I used this company several years ago and was very pleased but now I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.
