Came to this hotel from out of town with 4 children and a dog i asked as much as i could about the hotel before i got here asked about my dog they said they are not animal friendly so i take it he could sit in the uhaul until check out long as i keep him cool. Their lack of communication After driving hours on the highway with little to no sleep I check in and I get woke up out of my sleep by a call from the front desk saying that they are getting complaints about the dog barking which is impossible because he is in a uhaul and they are in a hotel so it just wasn't making any sense so the next day I tell her to have the manager contact me since I'm being harassed at this point about the dog they say they don't even want the dog on the property at all and that they would not refund me and that they don't give out refunds which she never explained any of that over the phone they waited until I got here handed them my hard earned money and then said that they don't want him on the property now i am being put out and I can't even get my money back to get to another hotel so me and my children won't be homeless
