On the 5th of September of this year I was went through a self service car wash and paid with my debit card for one $11 car wash. The machine did not respond correctly at first, so I canceled the transaction and went through the process again. this time all went well so I got my car washed. To make sure the first try was canceled, I used the number given by them on a poster should you have any issues. I got a recording so I left a message. Didn't hear back so the next day, so I left another message. I checked with my bank and their records showed that I had been charged twice. So I called again...This has gone on until today the 14th of September. It has become obvious that there will not be a response coming from them so I felt that this is the logical next move. Even a self service business should care about their customers if they want to stay in business. My bank is concerned about them having my card info and I will have to go through the painful process of changing all my accounts to a new card!!! Not only am I out money but now I have a lot of busy work ahead for me. I was a bit nervous about using my card at this place and now I am sorry I did.Initial Complaint

I went to the Coach Light Carwash ******************* and used the manuel wash, I pd. $**** cash for the 1st round and the next 2 I used my debit card. First debit card swipe went successfully, machined beeped and water started, 2nd time I attempted to swipe my card, nothing happened, I swiped it probably 15x until I finally got the beep and water started again, after getting home I looked at my debit card and saw I was charged $** from the carwash, I only used it 2x@$**** per time, I was overcharged $**** and would like a refund! Doesn't even make sense considering 1 use is $**** but whatever I just want my refund please!
