The week of 10/25 I called the city of Salina to find out what company was in charge of installing fiber in our neighborhood. I wanted to know because our yard was hideous after their work was completed the week of 10/20. They left piles of dirt on the side walk. They also left trash in the yard. The city gave us the telephone number **********  to call for the concern to allow us to speak with the company before making a formal complaint with the city. My husband called the number listed above and was told by the company representitive that he would drive by the property and have his guys come by to correct the issues later that day 10/26. Upon reviewing our nest cam, we learned that he nor his guys stopped by. We also attempted to reach out to follow up on 10/27 and received no answer or call back.l Also on the week of 10/20, they hit the gas line and we were without gas in our home for several hours. The complaint is not about the leak, but is just another example of the experience we’ve had with Nex Tech. I would like the company to come out and fix the yard. I should not have to.
