I have been living at **** *** ****** ***** **** ****** ***** for over two years and Earl Moses as well as his business Moses Properties has not fixed anything at all that has been wrong with the house since the day I moved in. I have asked several times for repairs to be made and he has refused to fix anything every time. Something needs to be done about this **** man and the way he treats the people that rent from him. Also during COVID 19 while people were struggling hard, this **** *** ******** man raised the rent on all his properties by $*** making things even harder on people that rent from him.

Moses Properties LLC is in the process of legally evicting Mr. ***** from our rental property at **** *** ** ** ***** ***** **.
The reason is that since last October, Mr ***** has made only one rent payment. When he started to get behind, he promised that he would be getting a large tax refund that he would use to catch up. In late April he emailed us that his total tax refund was taken by the IRS for unpaid back child support and therefore had no funds to pay current or back rent. At this point he was nearly $**** in arrears. As a result we were forced to commence the legal eviction process, which is now in play.
Regarding his complaints about maintenance, prior to his renting this property, we spent over $**** in general renovation to put it in very good condition. During his tenancy we have made numerous maintenance calls when ever he made a legitimate request. Though not required by ****** Law, we continued to make repairs, even when he was behind in rent. Of course all this has been documented for court procedures.
We are sorry Mr. ***** is upset, but under the circumstances, we have done what we have deemed necessary. And that includes not doing any further maintenance and repairs until he has vacated the premises. .

I am rejecting this response because: there has been absolutely NO REPAIRS done on any of the things I have documented and taken pictures of. Regardless of eviction process, these repairs have been needed for OVER TWO YEARS! This response is a joke and an outright lie from Earl Moses and Moses Properties. I will be seeking further legal aide to have charges pressed against Earl Moses and Moses Properties for Willful Negligence and Refusal To Make Repairs.

Sorry for the delay. I was out for medical reasons last week.
Mr. ***** at trial in ****** County ** Court on June 7, 2023 was evicted from **** *** for failure to pay 8 months in back and current. rent. The ****** County Sheriff served the dispossessory warrant on June 9th. He will re required to pay all back rent owed.

Rent was not paid for 8 months because Earl Moses REFUSED to maker any repairs at all at **** *** ****** ** ***** **** ****** *****. Even when rent was paid up, Earl Moses refused to make any repairs at all whatsoever. Moses Properties will never get a single penny from me and I hope he does take me to court so I can show the whole town of ***** **** what he is truly all about. **** *** ** *** ********** ** * ******** *** I have all intentions on hiring a lawyer to take him to court for intentionally refusing to make repairs that were potentially life threatening to me and my family and he was fully aware of these repairs and still refused to do anything about them. The city inspector even told earl Moses that he needed to make repairs and he still refused. This man is running an illegal company and has no care at all whatsoever for his properties of his renters. I have every intention on shutting Moses Properties down no matter what it takes and no matter how long it takes. *** ** **** ***** * *** ********* ** ****** *** *** *** ********** *** **** ***** * **** *** **** *** * **** *** **** ***** *** **** ***** ****** *** ** **** ********** *** **** ******** **** ********* * **** ****** *** *** **** ***** ******** *** **** ** ****** *** Earl Moses does not need to have a rental business as the only thing he cares about is money. He does not care about the condition of his rentals nor does he care about the safety of his renters.
