I would absolutely recommend *********************** with Arrow Construction. He set up a free inspection for some storm damage we incurred. We filed a claim and the rest of the process was pretty much hands off for us, as he did all the leg work meeting the adjuster and dealing with the insurance end of things. Both his roofing and gutter crews were very impressive and the work performed was done in a professional and timely manner. The cleanup was also amazing. I would definitely use them again for any future construction needs.

This company is very unreliable and unprofessional. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. My wife saw them online and saw that they got good reviews. I called. I got one of their 'service' people who work from home. I told him that I was interested in having someone come over to give me an estimate on repair/replace siding on my garage. He said **** would be there on Tuesday, Sept 12 at 4 pm. Tuesday at 4 PM no ****. I waited the rest of the afternoon and nothing. No call or anything. I called the next morning and got another 'service' rep and explained the situation. He said he would look into it and have someone call me. No call. I waited until later afternoon that day (Wed.) and called again. The 'service' rep, after I explained what had happened said she would send an "urgent" message out to the people who should know and someone would call me soon.... No call. The next day, I went to their offices at ***************. ********** and it was closed and locked up. I called again and told the 'service' lady that I would like to get a call from someone regarding an estimate. She took my name, phone # and when she asked me my address, she hung up after I told here. I called back and got another 'service' rep. and asked for someone to call me. She said she would. No call. This is a terrible way to run a business.
