      I placed an order on line on June 1st. The dollar amount was $113. I received a tracking number on June 2nd.The item was supposed to be delivered in3 to 5 days.I did not receive the item. The tracking number was for Fed Ex. Their system shows a label was created on June 2 but they never received the item.I have called Urban Farmer 3 times and left messages. I have sent their **************** 3 emails using their inquire system. I have never received any replay.

      Transaction was made 4-1-23 for $18 for 25 sweet potato slips. They arrived may 27th totally dried out with barely any viable plant material salvageable. I emailed them immediately and got no response at all. It would be appropriate to get a full refund for the garbage I received but I would at least like other customers to be aware of their practices

      I placed an order on Jan, 19 2022. The order arrived but items were missing. The packing slip indicated that they had "refunded" the price of one item that was unavailable but made no note of other item not included. A check for $4 (the price of the noted item) was included with the package. I was able to contact Urban Farmer by phone on Jan 26th, 2022 and was told to not cash the check. At the time, ***** said the items that I was due were in stock and would be sent out promptly. I've received no package with my replacement items. Other than the check issued in January I've received no compensation for my missing items. I have not been able to contact the company as their phone service goes directly to a voicemail and they will not respond to several messages I've left for them. Similarly, emails go unanswered.I'm owed $12 for two missing items - Petunia Seeds @ $4 and ***************************** Seeds @ $8. I'm seeking a refund of $12.

      Received faulty product, ufseeds.com refused to refund money. Will not return email communications and the company scammed me out of $1,710.

      On 1/8/21, I placed an order(#*****) with Urban Farmer, for $86.35.  First part of My order included seed packets& 2 bags of chicken forage blend(1 was open and spilled everywhere). I recied those. Second part of order was for Magic Molly potato seeds and Porto Rico sweet potato slips, that were to be shipped in Mar/Apr, according to their webpage. I received the magic Molly potato seeds, at the end of April, however, the packaging was terrible and the sprouts had been knocked off and several of the potato seeds were severely damaged. All useless. On 5/4/21, I called to discuss problems and ask about the missing sweet potato slips. I left a message. No reply. I called again on 5/21/21. No answer so I left another message. As of June, still no response so I submit a complaint on their site. It is 6/16/21, still no reply. They claim 100% satisfaction on their site yet no one replies. I've a total of $29.70 for these damaged items and my garden plans are ruined. I'm hoping for a refund.

      (Urban Farmer offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on their items). I order two types of pepper seed on March 20th 2021. They were **************** ****** Seeds and Trinidad Scorpion ***** T, ****** Seeds. I planted both types of seeds on April 3rd 2021. After a week or so the Reaper seeds came up but none of the Trinidad Scorpion ***** seeds came up. So on April 24, 2021 I sent them an email about the seeds not sprouting. "I ordered the $4.00, 10 seed pack of Trinidad Scorpion ***** T, ****** Seeds, out of the 14 seeds I received 0 sprouted. I also ordered the **************** ****** Seeds I started of with planting 5 of the ten and 4 came up Order Number ********". They never responded. I sent the same. Message a couple more times. Never got a response. I sent the last message on June 6, 2021 and asked for a credit for the $4.00 I paid for the inferior seeds. Still response.

      I ordered seeds on 3/7/2021. One packages of seeds was shipped right away, the balance of the order was supposed to ship in March/April. It never arrived. After I enquired in early May I was told it was ready to ship and they gave me a tracking number. But 2 weeks later they have not shipped it yet and it is too late for me to plant. I want a refund.

      Pre-ordered plants on Nov. 27, 2020: 50 roots of strawberry plants (25 seascape/25 ozark beauty), 20 lbs of Yukon gold seed potato, 10 crowns of Jersey giant asparagus. Credit card was charged $80.50 on Nov. 28, 2020. Urban Farmer's website noted that these plants would ship March-April of 2021. Email from company on Nov. 27, 2020 acknowledging order said that plants would arrive March-May (schedule depends on USDA zone--my zone 6 means plants were to arrive March-April). I contacted the company by email on April 20, 2021 to inquire about the order. The response noted plants were being shipped to southern (USDA) zones and they expected to ship all plants by the end of April. I followed up on May 11, 2021 stating I still have yet to receive an email confirmation of shipment. I was told that plants would ship by the end of the week. I did not get notice that any plants shipped. I emailed again on May 14, 2021 and have not received a reply. In sum, I was charged but didn't receive product

      Made purchase with Visa card on January 29th 2021 to Urban Farmer Seeds for plants totaling $209.50. Have not received plants as of today. Have called and left messages for two weeks with no return phone call. Also sent 2 emails. Bank wont initiate refund because it's been more then 90 days. I'm a disabled senior and a loss of this much money is unacceptable.

      Placed order back in January for some seeds, that I received right away, and some roots and slips, that I was to receive in the spring. I still have yet to receive the second part to my order, nor has there been any communication regarding said order, despite multiple attempts on my part to inquire the whereabouts of it. I have called many times and there is no answer, so I leave a message. I’ve also emailed through their website as well, trying to reach a person so that I can just find out when I should expect the rest of my order. But there has been no responses to my multiple messages/ requests. No communication whatsoever. Are they still in business?? My attempts feel futile since I have heard nothing from them. Communication is all I’m looking for.
