I chose them to apply for disability through Social Security. I had a Social Security worker that said I should do it on my own without a law firm and it would work just as well or better without one. I honestly did the majority of the work myself. I'd call my caseworker and she was busy moving or never called back. I had to call them and got more info from the office workers. I'd give them a D-. They received a big part of my back pay without doing anything

My husband hired them in March and they never return your calls and my husband does not speak up they just sent papers to fill out the same information he gave them months ago. And today they called my phone not his and left a voicemail saying to call to do a new Application for disability. This is crazy we are struggling because my husband cant work. I am so upset with them

Slow to.no response. I have a malignant lung nodule no monet no insurance hopefully they at least respond to this I need this people I know can't keep helping me I worked my whole life for nothing and no help

They were AMAZING!! I worked mainly with a very pleasant young lady named ****** through my process but there were others that were just as pleasant who helped gather all the information needed for my case. Everyone I did speak with were kind, welcoming, empathetic, informative, and updated me throughout my case. ****** and I worked as a team keeping each other in the know whether it was via the portal, mail, or by phone. It is important to help them with information needed through the process so they can successfully help you. Received my disability in 9 months. I will always refer others to this firm.I ABSOLUTELY recommend them!

This Law Firm is absolutely amazing. There motto for Clients 1st really speaks a lot. There fee agreement is easy to understand. When applying for SSD they only take 25% of the back pay/past due benefits only. Do not have to worry about paying out of monthly checks at all. They also do not get paid unless I get a back payment. So if you win your case and receive no back payment then they receive no payment. If you lose your case then they don't get paid either. They get things moving very quickly after signing the contracts for them to represent. Once application is submitted its a back and forth with the *** office and them trying to get all records obtained in a timely fashion for the *** office to review. Any time there is a question, You are able to call. And if they do not have the answer right away for have to wait for SS office they get back to you ASAP. Their winnings are higher than most law firms, with win rates 14% higher than National Average. And they specialize in SSD. I highly recommend this law firm.

They dragged my case along for six months doing nothing then told me they closed my case because I didn't have enough work credits and only worked until 2015. Completely ignorant and incompetent. I told them I worked until December of 2020 and that I had 40 work credits. YOU ONLY NEED 6 TO RECEIVE SSDI. They told me I'd have to clear that up with SSA. In two minutes I pulled up my social security statement. CLEARLY stating that I worked until 2020 and had 40 credits. DO NOT HIRE THEM. THEY DON'T DO A THING AND THEN LIE TO YOU

I was a paralegal for 27 years which gave me insight as to the inner workings of poor legal representation by attorneys who, in this case, operate a Social Security Disability MILL. Originally I employed this law firm to represent me in my quest for SSD benefits. After 5 months I fired them. They did nothing to help. I never spoke to an attorney until I raised the issue that they had not been assisting me with the forms I received from *** after my claim was opened. No one there knew anything about my medical problems, they didnt care. They consistently blew dates imposed by the *** regarding forms I was to complete. Finally I completed and returned to the *** various forms without the advice of counsel as I had requested. Basically they were my attorneys but were not providing any assistance and/or guidance. They were going to get their statutory fees for work they did not perform. They are a MILL. They represent (poor use of the word) hundreds if not thousands of people across the country and they could not care less about any individuals they serve as counsel for. They figure if they sign up 10 people and 6 of them are eventually the recipients of a favorable outcome with regard to disability claims they make a fantastic profit because they did none of the work, the CLIENT DID ALL THE WORK. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and obtain local counsel. Avoid this firm at all costs.
