They installed a new heat and air unit in October 2021. We also had a pool heater and asked JM to run electric for it. They sent an employee to plumb it. That was never asked for. Only electric. My pool company was to do the plumbing after elect was done by **. It was all in the price for the heater. They agreed it was a Misunderstanding and I was not billed for it. Months later, we have issues with the *** Now they state that the charge for the plumbing on the heater must be paid before they will service our ac. We were never billed and they were never asked to plumb the heater. They are holding their service on a paid in full heat and ac unit.Business response

The HVAC company Joes Mechanical has not responded. I have sent over several emails straight to the owner ****** himself.
We are having even more issues. He refuses to service our system. He sold us a bad unit and now will not address it. On a unit bough Sept. 2021 should now be having these issues.
We have had two other companies look at it and we are told to replace it. It was an off brand unit that should not be put in a house of this size.
We had a ten year parts and labor warranty that he will not adhere to.
All from doing a job that was never asked for. He states he has voice conversations but will not share with me. The wrong work was done Nov. 2021. He never billed us. They were out several time in between this last job that he refuses and it was never brought up. Almost a year later he demand payment. Again. Never received a bill.

This has ALL been a complete mess and I have been treated unfairly.
We have a warranty for a reason. For a unit less than a year old having many issues.
I said that out of being upset and not knowing it was going to be difficult to find another company willing to take on the equipment. Two others companies I contacted would not touch it based on the brand and having been installed by **** Mechanical. They dont want to assume the responsibility for bad work.
We were taken advantage of.
*** will not return emails. He knows the situation better than anyone.
We put a lot of money into this and it is. It working properly. That is all I asked for. No one would want this treatment. I just dont understand why that is so hard to come by.
*** wants to act like he has done is some huge favor with the past service calls. We have ten year parts and labor that we paid for.
Now we are looking at having to buy a new unit all together. I feel very taken advantage of yet again. *** allowed a service to be done that was never asked for. (Plumbing on the heater. He said he has voice conversations but yet to send me. I only asked for electric) He never billed us for us and it was dropped. But yet it can up again over 6 months later when we needed service yet again.
We did have Schalburgh come. They found the issue. It is leaking coolant. I spent out almost $400. The coils are shot. Still waiting on them to be replaced as they were to be ordered.
My parents just have a new HVAC put in. If we had a good experience, they would have gone with you too.
I have done nothing wrong. We put in the new system before we could even move into our house a year ago.
No one would be happy in this situation.
