I purchase a ac from Rollbot thu ****** and it came damage then got a new one like 2weeks later also came damage so I kept it put the Panels back took pictures and sent them to ****** I purchase it on July 9 2020 did not get new one till July 25 and now they are tell me I'm out of warranty and that the damage is my fault when I sent them pictures with the date on them showing the damage and now they don't want to fix the problem every time I talk to them its a different Excuse giving me the run aroundInitial Complaint

On April 16 2021 I purchased a portable ac Unit from rollibot through ******** After Getting home I found the unit not cool. I tried return it back to ******* they instructed me to return it back to rollinot.Which I did after contacted rollibot they said it could take up to 20 days for there decision. I informed them I like a full refund so I could buy a another unit no response Please help in this matter.*******Initial Complaint

1.I did buy their product via amazon there is a link to what i did i buy just as example:https://www.bing.com/images/search?q=Ductless+Mini+Split+Heat+Pump&mmreqh=o82e0EdN%2bMUd%2bCMPeuaUWTmKeX7AdL6FjiCxDsOH%2f3k%3d&FORM=IDINTS 2. it was not working, ended up sending it back 3. they sent me replacement unit . it was not working either, i sent that back as well 4. i was told that this particular model or item has been discontinued, only thing they can do for me is to send me replacement as a different model or item what is totally different concept what i originally purchased 5. so they did and it did not work either, i sent it back, received replacement but it is not working either 6.now i cant get any help to repair or replace it, basically they are telling me i don't know how to use it 7 that should be the code how they find my transactions in their system RA190201 thank you *************************
