On July 2, I paid 3,032.46 dollars to the company to begin work to fix a leaky roof on a passageway from my house to my garage. Because of the leaks, the area had become moldy and needed new drywall, etc. The water had also penetrated into a small area around my fireplace in my living room, causing approximately 50 inches of baseboard to rot. I asked that this be fixed also. The project was completed except for the baseboard. The company’s owner came and asked if he could be paid, promising that would be fixed immediately and would look just like the rest of the baseboard in the room. I paid the balance owed 5,631.72 on August 16. He has stated that they would be here time after time including yesterday and today. Needless to say, they have not fixed it as promised. I have pictures I could send and numerous text messages from him stating when he would send someone to fix everything (some siding also needs to be glued) even one from him saying he would be here himself. The company apologizes for the previous lack of communication with the customer. The company states the complaint has been resolved.
