Very terrible customer service. Kept my car for two days. Didnt offer shuttle service nor did I receive any information about updates on my car. I called several times on the second day, left several messages and received no call back. They waited until closing time to tell me my car was ready. I had to find a ride there, pick up my key, move my own car off the lot so I can pick it up later due to *** locking the gates at closing time. Absolutely terrible first time customer service experience!

I was driving on the highway and my engine started to sputter i pulled over and turned it off then restarted it ran smooth till I hit the gas then more sputtering so i towed it home so i could check it out I've been a automotive technician for the last 30 years and i build diesel engines for the rail road. anyway i found my turbo has seized up and the seals were leaking oil and coolant into the exhaust, since i have a car warranty that covers it why not use it and i send it to BMW of Schererville to get the turbo replaced, i was sent a message saying the turbo is bad and the engine is knocking is to and it would cost ******** to repair and that they would give me a good credit towards a trade in i said no then they wanted to talk to my warranty company and told then ***** to repair and i got a call asking me to approve a **** dollar tear down of the engine i said no again i picked up my car brought it home and checked the engine the oil level was 6 quarts only a half quart low and the engine compression is 190 on 4 cylinders and 195 on two cylinders that is good compression so now i don't trust dealers because they lie and try to get as much as they can from you and will try and trick you out of your car i know I'm not the only one this probably happens everyday but like i said earlier i build engines so i know what to check
