Door to door sales representative from Champion Industries came to my door in the late evening in September. I was interested in their product. They asked me to sign a paper allowing them to run my credit for a loan. I did. they told me the loan would not be more than $80 a month. **** did not diclose the loan info on the paper or give me a copy of the papers I signed. I was phoned by a loan company expecting $95 a month for the *****. I did not agree to this amount. they wrote it in later. you try to call the office nobody answers the phone. THey in essence ghost their customers. They dont return calls. I want them to pick up the *********************** ASAP.Business response

We do apologize for the inconvenience and the concerns that you do have I can understand sometimes its frustrating when applying for credit and financing things. May be your not aware when when your financing things its always based on credit approval and your credit probably wasnt there to get it approved at that a APR for that pmt amount. Thats why your payment couldnt be done what the rep said and thats why it went up a little, again you didnt sign anything so I dont see what the problem is. Once approved the contract is sent pdf to your email on file and if you wish to keep it you can. We know you wish to cancel thats not a problem we can be there Wednesday 10/5/22 to pick it up. On Aug, 18, 2022 I allowed ****************** salesman to enter my home. He attempted to secure my confidence in a sweeper. I signed agreement to purchase and traided some items along with my old Filter Queen which I had been using and was clean. I also gave him some clean unused filters enough tto last for two years under normal use. He than left a new ***** sweeper. The next day I tryed too use it and found it to heavy and cumbersom for me to use. I am a male person 83 years old and have a few handy cap problems but do function alone well. one problem I have 2020 vision in one eye and no vision in the other. I have a good brain although a little slower than it use to be. But my body is also slower and hurts some. There was not anything wrong physiclly with sweeper. Actually I called on Sunday first time (no answer and left message) Than I called with no answer left a message, On tue I told my daughter and than she begain to call with no answer. In the mean time I have notifyed bank to cancal check. They than show up several days later telling me the check was no good. I than told them I did not want accept their sweeper and wanted my things back as the sales paper said. They only brought part of what traided. I have not received my Filter Queen I traided, they only gave me two dirty units Partel.Business response

Mr. ********************* we have already returned your filter queen and to our knowledge you think it wasnt yours when in fact that it is the only one, we traded in months, due to them no longer being in business anymore. We simply do not run into those much anymore due to the company closing down. We also dropped off another filter queen to appease you due to what you thought wasnt yours to begin with. There is nothing more we can do for this situation we simply gave you two filter queens the only ones we traded in months and your saying one isnt yours, we assure you one is yours. No one is trying to keep your filter queen nor trying to make you look bad either. I hope this helps thank you for your concern
