11/22/2022 Sales man/VP enters home.Agrees to run additional electrical line for microwave, check and restore power to a spare bedroom that had no power for $800.00, and cap off a live electric feed for a disposal.Adding to his pitch, he states that his son is outside and can start the job immediately.I hesitatingly agree because the price is so high, yet assume finding and fixing the problems could take some time. The salesman also insisted, that when his son arrived I let him in leaving him in my house alone, which made me feel pressured and uncomfortable. The salesman leaves, yet someone begins calling his son within an hour to rush him through my repair. I could hear him telling the person that he was having trouble figuring out the problem. He was able to add the electrical line for the microwave, but that was all.He never capped the electrical line and never found the reason for the outage. I ended up pulling open a few electrical outlets which he inspected, yet the issue was left unresolved. He started to search but was constantly being harassed to leave my home. He even mentioned, that due to the fact that it was a holiday week they had other work waiting. The son mentioned that he felt as though I had been asked to pay too much, for the services and called his father. The father blatantly lied to the son, telling him he never promised he would find the source of the outage and demanded I pay him in full. The fee was excessive of local pricing, and I work in the construction industry. I would never have agreed to a $800 fee only to run a line in a 2 hour window. They called him 3-4 times in the 2 hours he spent in my home.I texted both he and his father after the job, pretending I wanted them to do more work at my home. Neither responded. The old strong arm sales tactics used to sell me, the incomplete service, the lie. Then the lack of response, concurs their intent. Attached is the photo of the open electric line and receipt.

Way overpriced. The price would've been ok..maybe..if the work was actually up to code. It isn't.A service call will set you back $250. Seriously, what if they can't figure it out or what if it's something stupid. I told them to get out of here when they said it was $250.
