      Z Galley is a scam! I ordered 2 pieces of artwork (Part 1 and Part2). I waited over 3 months for the delivery and was NOT informed that only Part 1 was available for delivery. When I refused the order Z Gallery imposed a shipping charge of $299.00. I complained to management and a very rude **** *********************** said the shipping fee of $299.00 still stands! They didn't even have the courtesy of telling me Part 2 was no longer available. (Although they had previously sent me a confirmation for both items). Since they have gone bankrupt, their sales practices are very shady. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Z GALLERY!!!

      I'm not one to write bad reviews but my current experience has been extremely disappointing so I felt the need for people to know. I purchased ****************** Console Table and the legs were scratched and the knots were filled in with the worst craftmanship along with a poor quality table. Their customer service department is slim to none and they won't even send someone out there to look at the table in person. After shopping there for so many years I am convinced I will NEVER shop there again nor recommend this store to anyone. It's not right to lose out on so much money on such a bad quality table without any options to swap it out nor return it, no wonder they've gone bankrupt so many times. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with such a bad company, they're certainly not what they used to be.

      I never wouldve thought that a store of what once seem to be of quality had such lack in customer satisfaction. I received a gift card for Christmas which typically last for a lifetime unless stated otherwise. There is no where listed on the card of expiration. Long behold I realize the store fronts were closed but was advised on line purchases were still honored. However, when it was time to make my purchase there ****** was closing date to redeem in which I was not aware of so basically theyve took my money due to their losses of debtor in filing Chapter 11. A customer should not be penalized for their business decisions. Its ridiculous!!!!!!

      Shopping at Z Gallery has been a nightmare. In September 2023, I ordered a couch, anticipating an early to mid-December delivery. However, no updates were provided, and attempts to contact customer service were futile, with wait times up to 45 minutes before I gave up. In November, I discovered the store closure but was assured by the manager that my delivery was on track. On December 1st, after an hour on hold, I was told the couch would ship the following week, which never happened.Frustrated, I visited the store again, only to be given false assurances. Last week, I received an attorney's letter listing us as debtors by Z Gallery. After disputing charges, they finally reached out, offering a 50% refund or a March delivery. We sent a copy of the receipt with the promised delivery date, and assured them we are sticking to our dispute due to their failure to honor the agreement. If need be, we will involve legal action.Their unprofessionalism is evident, and it's disheartening to witness how they treat customers. It's no wonder they're going out of business a well-deserved outcome for a company lacking integrity and trustworthiness.

      I ordered a couch back in May of 2023. I was told the couch would arrive in October. October comes they send an email saying early to mid December. I called today to check on the order. Now they are telling me March! I cant get a full refund because its a custom order and I was told that nothing could be done until the couch arrives as far as compensation. They stated they have problems with their vender, but I see they closed all their stores back in November of this year. Theyve also filed bankruptcy 3 times. If I dont get my couch or money back Im going to take legal action because this is ridiculous 9 months for a couch!

      I ordered the Jayce 6 piece sectional in Charcoal online on 10/29/2023. The sectional was ordered during the time the stores were closing. The sectional was delivered on 12/5/2023. When the order was delivered, the item was more of a lighter gray than charcoal. I explained that I was under the impression that the couch was darker and it didnt match anything in my new home. I called customer service several times to rectify the issue and was on hold for 45 minutes the first tome and 30 minutes the second time, so I hung up. I called back the next day and spoke with customer service who then transferred me to the escalation department. I spoke with a representative in the escalation department who then told me that I could swap out the sectional for the ivory sectional, but there would be a 15% restocking fee of over $500. I explained to the representative that this was unfair because I didnt have the opportunity to view the item in store as the store near me was closing and Ive spent tens of thousands of dollars in the store. I asked for an exception for the restocking fee and was told that no exceptions could be made. I then paid the fee, but wanted to speak with someone above escalations to explain my situation. I spoke to three different members of the escalation department; one of whom claimed to be a supervisor. I asked the supervisor if there was anyone else that I could speak to and was informed that there was no one else in the reporting chain that I could speak to or email and I didnt have the option to use my military discount. This situation made me very upset as I was no longer concerned about the re-stocking fee. I was more concerned that the person that I spoke with lied to me about not being able to speak with anyone else. I will no longer be purchasing anything else from this store.

      Poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend anyone shop online from this company website. I placed online order in June with a expected delivery date of August. I called them to check yhe status of my order in September and October. I was then given a verbal new expected delivery date for being to mid November. Here it is the end of November, and I still have yet to receive my order. Can no longer reach anyone by phone.

      I ordered a sectional couch 7/2/2023 with a delivery timeframe of mid August. Still no couch 3 months later and no idea when it may arrive. I have reached out to customer service several times and have been told end of August, end of September, end of October. Never once has the company reached out to me to explain what is going on. The website nows says February??? My frustration comes with misleading and frankly fraudulent claims of delivery ***********************. These should be adjusted to reflect the longer shipping times of receiving furniture. Had I known this, I would have done something different. Instead I am sitting in a new house with no place to sit. Don't promise something you can't deliver and then leave your customers hanging with no updates. It's unfair to us and your poor customer service department that has to field these questions all day long. I should add that I have not had any problems with getting through to customer service via email or phone and they have done their best to provide what they have, which isn't much.

      Terrible terrible company! I love their merchandise and was excited to purchase furniture to the sum of 20K. Thats where it ended. Attempted to return ** ************ longer than told in store, still owed $9000. Delivery drivers very poor. Management does not care about customers. No wonder all stores closing which I was told after I spent 20K. Doesnt deserve even 1 star.

      I ordered 1 sconce, got 2. Went to return to the company, the *** store charged me $99 to send these back!!!! I am now out about $300.00 !! Called customer service, was on hold for 1/2 hour, plus sent a complaint, have not heard anything!!
