Work performed on 10/30/2020; Paid $560.00; Was going to install 2 or 3 circuits into the crawlspace, @ $175.00 per circuit. At installation, was told he ran 3 circuits, so I paid for 3. When I reviewed pictures taken and had 2 other friends come over and inspect the work, I only received 2 circuits into the crawlspace. I have been corresponding with this person since April and no resolution has been made. The last 2 correspondences he has not replied. I have a word document with pictures, purchase receipt and information pertaining to the problems I have with this business.Business response

We spoke with **** I believe in May or June of this year when she had this concern. We showed up to her house first thing the next morning to address any problems or concerns she was having. We also explained to her that there are 2 different wires installed for her circuits. The heavier wire carries two circuits to one outlet. The top of the outlet is one circuit then the bottom plug in the outlet is another circuit. Then a third circuit was install. We understand that it did look as if she was shorted a circuit to her however that is not the case. This job has been completed with 3 circuits as requested.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Thisbusiness owner continues to lie. He did show up at my house, unannounced. He left a message on myanswering machine first. His first reason he showed up was because he could notremember me or my house, and needed to see the house at the address to try andremember what he did there. He stated on the answering machine that he nowremembers my house because of my landscaping. (I have his message recorded. Onthe recording, he states he was there to confirm that I have 2 circuits and thatI needed 3) He then called me on my cell phone, which I was at work, 90miles away, and told me he was at my house and wanted to get in to look overand explain what he did. He said he didnt realize I still worked. I guess heassumed that I didnt work since I stated I had a handicap issue. So, he knew Iwould not be able to oversee work he done in the crawlspace.
I told himI do not want him anywhere on my property without me there! This person istotally untrustworthy. I have even notified several neighbors that if they see Nex-Genvehicle at my house and they get out, to call the Police because they will be trespassing.
I onlyhave 2 circuits installed by this person, and paid for 3. He did not evenexplain what breakers will shut each circuit off. When I tried to shut thedehumidifier off by using both breakers he installed, and it did not shut itoff, I freaked out because I was worried if I really needed to shut if off, howcould I do it with out shutting the whole breaker box down. Thats when Icalled MY electrician to come and look over his work to ease my worries aboutsomething being done unsafe, and to confirm I only have 2 circuits.
I haveeverything documented and if need be, I plan to go to small claims court..]
