            Purchased a mower from this company. They were paid the same day. Have been told for over 2 weeks a tracking number was coming everyday to confirm delivery. It’s been 12 days now and nothing. The last text I received from them stated it was coming to me that day or the next. Still nothing. The last one I sent them was to cancel the order as they are terrible when it comes to business communication. That was 3 days ago now and still no response by either text or ohonecall

            There seems to be a lot wrong with this picture. Different LLC names, contracts that are hidden until mutiple payments are received, different named websites. I've decided to stay away. I was looking into getting a zero turn mower and communication was quick and easy. Once I sent my picture ID in, not so much. I get a docusign email that states I have to pay a $500 deposit, a payment of $285 in 30 days and then I'll receive a mower in 7-10 days. And oh by the way, we'll reveal the terms after you've made your payments. No thanks. Shopper beware. Better to save and pay cash.

            We regret that this customer had a negative experience. We are rolling out a new program to help people who cannot get approved traditionally due to their past poor credit history, and while not all of what this customer listed is accurate - Some of it is. It's a unique layaway program. And we would be happy to explain it in much more detail if we had been given the chance before receiving an unwarranted negative review. No money changes hands until paperwork is signed, and we offered a refund policy as well. Additionally, do not accept any payment information before a customer has a thorough understanding of what they're signing up for so to avoid confusion and problems.
