Delivery Installation 11/15/22-11/17/22 approx. Calking around windows looks like it was done by a kindergartener or myself. Whatever calking they used is impossible to clean. I uploaded pictures after cleaning them with ammonia water and soft brush. Screens are flimsy and thin. One already has a hole in it. I called and asked for a replacement and they said I made the hole.

Sorry about the delayed response.  It seems like all of the emails went into our spam folder.  Please see below for our timeline on this and let us know how you think we should proceed.

We installed this project in the Fall of 2022.  There were a few issues pending from the original installation (caulk issues and a new screen) that we resolved in February of '23 (installer went back out for caulk related issues and we ordered new screens for some windows).  At that point, we closed the project and she paid us the balance due.

In August of 2023, we received an email from the homeowner stating that there was a tear in her screen to which our representative replied that he could re-order her a new screen, but that screens weren't covered under warranty against tears.  She did not like that answer, but that's where it ended as far as we can tell.  We did offer to order a new one for a fee, but I don't think we heard anything back.

One full year later, we just received your notice, so please let us know how you think we should proceed.  Thanks for your help.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I do not see how the business' response makes the calking quality and application any better nor the cheap screens stronger.

      Regards,

Window installation that was hired out in December of 2022 that is still not resolved. This was a $98,000 job. They refused to complete the installation so I am seeking compensation for the incomplete installation. I attached a full list of every issue that either occured or is still occuring.

We are engaged in talks with ******* LLC to resolved his issues and complaints. We have offered to repair issues he has raised, but he has refused to accept our remedies. I have also been consulting with our attorney and we are hopeful can come to a resolution that both parties can accept. A final offer and demand from us to ******* is imminent. We should have the dispute resolved shortly.

      Thanks
