After traveling an hour to ******** because my local veterinarian is not open on weekends. And then told I have to pay $168.00 up front before I can see person. After being there for over for hours can't even tell my why my cat was not eating or drinking even with sedation, because I believe that my cat had pain in his mouth. Then asked to pay a 100 dollars more. A few days latter with my cats health not improving, I took my cat to the local veterinarian and within a few minutes it was determined that my cat needed to have some teeth pulled due to being there poor condition. Then followed by dental surgery a few minutes latter.I will not ever go back to ******** ever again, they a are a waste of time and money.Review from Ty C

I took my cat in for blood in her urine and frequent urination, which would be to believe a UTI, if not worse They charged me $163 in the door After two hours of waiting, the lady comes back in and tells me to check for any of those things it would be an additional $380 When I asked her what came with the initial exam what did she check? She told me she checked her ears and eyes.Wow, because it has something to do with why I came Its all about money there they do not care about your animal I paid $163. My cat still is bleeding but at least I know she doesnt have it here infectionReview from Jenna B

Staff was extremely helpful, very professional, and they saved this dog that we found. They were informative, very expensive, but we appreciated what they did! Staying informed and genuine concern in the well-being of our dog. This place can be expensive but the care was excellent!Review from Caroline M

Do not bring your ********! I brought my dog in for heat exhaustion and they tried to convince me my dog had parvo I inform them that my dog was fully vaccinated and there's no way that he could have parvo that he had heat exhaustion and needed fluids they told me that they need $4,000 to start intravenous medication or else he was going to die I told them let me have my dog back I'm leaving and taking him somewhere else they told me that my dog wouldn't make it that he was going to die on the way there I got my dog home and for the next 4 hours gave him plenty of liquids and after 4 hours he was back to normal the next day I took him to his regular vet and his vet gave me a clean bill of health the vet also stated that that veterinarian that I had taken him to was trying to rip me off for $4,000 I'm leaving this review to make everyone aware of the situation that I went through in hopes that no one would have to go through this experience eitherReview from Mlissa S

The staff at IndyVet were so kind during my pet's emergency situation. They responded calmly and quickly, and with so much care. The vet explained the situation and options in great detail, and they gave me lots of details about his stay.Review from KENT B

I went to get an ultrasound for my beagle after the regular vet visit and they tried to examine him instead at another hospital in **** after telling them I was there for just a ultrasound and had a referral they booked him in for an emergency and exam I had three exams Im good on the secondary opinion and they had no idea if hes got internal bleeding or not but they had him in a separate room and I was told that they would talk to me before they did anything else then lied about examining him until the vet walked out and said Im just pushing on his abdomen and performing the examination so they had no idea what the prior diagnosis was and decided despite the fact to push on him they could have puncturedan organ or burst his liver and they had not even done the ultrasoundReview from Amy W

To go to any ER is nerve racking but being in healthcare, I have to say that ALL of us could benefit mirroring their approach. Only concern is the cost knowing many cannot afford and the guilt that comes with this. As soon as I walked through the doors, EVERY SINGLE staff member was exceptional. The entire teams needs to collaborate in order to care for our fur babies and our experience reflected that.
