      I was looking into purchasing a dodge journey from ****. ***** pressured me into leasing a car with an expired license. And leaving the lot without proof of insurance. Which i told her i couldnt provide at the time. So she proceeded in the purchase of the car. She sold the under this description which ill provide. 1500+taxes personalized warranty very well running car. So i paid **** down that included the taxes. Then the same day a transaction was made for the 1st payment 200. which was the payment for march 13. It has an as is warranty. The description on line says other wise. The mileage they said was on there was not the mileage that i purchased as. I didnt have a car a week and it the engine was smoking then its just stopped running. They claim they fix it. It was returned in even more worse conditions. After that. I decided to return the the vehicle in regards of hoping they would fix these issue as they said they would or ill return it monday the 20 of march which ***** sales rep and sold me the car agreed to. I never got a chance to returned it instead they had a very rude intimidating almost assaulted me mechanic come hook up the car. As i went outside i asked him can i help you with anything. His response was do you have the keys in a frustrating tone i said yes he said i just need the **** keys. You text ***** saying you didnt want the car so im taking the freakin car. As i was trying to get belongs out of the car he was ******* me to the point i almost got My hand smashed. So i gave him the keys he jerked the car out of The driveway, and before he left said ill tell ***** you were nice about it.they also have an investigation with the state police for similar issues In which i believe i just got i put in .All i wanted was the deposit back, or for them to fix the issue. Instead i almost got assaulted and spoken to with an intimidating demeanor. All i want is for them to be known for fraudulent activities and false advertisement.

      We are responding to a letter of complaint filed by ************************* concerning a 2010 Dodge Journey she purchased from **** Auto sales llc. 

      The vehicle was being driven by her every day and she only complained when her payment was due. She purchased the car with a down payment and was obligated to pay $200 every 2 weeks. She also signed the AS IS disclosure form which clearly states the vehicle is AS IS. All maintenance and upkeep are the responsibility of the owner. **** Auto Sales LLC cannot control the mechanics of the vehicle. We provided her with a dependable vehicle and the Maintenance was her responsibly.   

       **************** was given a test drive and plenty of time to evaluate the vehicle.  **** Auto Sales has all of the signed documents to prove she was aware of both the actual miles on the vehicle as well as the AS IS form signed by her.  Please let me know if i need to forward those to you.

      on 2/25/22, i drove to KW Auto in ************, ** to test drive a 2013 dodge journey that i had been messaging someone on ******** about purchasing. i took the vehicle for a test drive around the block surrounding the dealership. speed limit is 30 mph around the dealership, & the roads were bare so i didnt notice anything. i told ******* the owner & the lady who did my paperwork that i was interested, due to being pregnant & already having 3 kids since it was 3rd row. there was no engine light & both ******* & the other lady assured me that there were no issues at all big or small & that the vehicle had just went through an inspection shortly before. my childrens father was also with me that ********** told him the same thing, vehicle was highway ready, no issues whatsoever. vehicle was listed online as $6495, i was told to pay $7100 after ************* etc. upon leaving after paying in full, it started to slightly snow, which is when i discovered an issue. i was unable to go the 70 mph speed limit on the highway home due to the back right tire making vehicle slide all over the road. i had to go ***** mph with my hazards on. my childrens father, who had to put our kids in his car til we got home, called me as i was driving to let me know my back right tire was in at the top & sticking out at the bottom, cocked badly. when i got back home, it was then snowing, where i had to go ***** mph with my hazards on. i was going that slow & still sliding sideways. not drivable since i purchased because if i go over a slight bump i swerve all over the road. check engine light also came on a few hours after. today i got it into mechanic. he told me repairs will be almost $2k & include motor mounts, major front end work, back tire control arms, and catalytic converters. engine light is for 21 codes. they were aware of my pregnancy, had i known of the issues i would never have purchased and put my kids at risk. i will have receipts for all work done.

      When she reached out with issues we told her we would be more than happy to look at what she was talking about , but she hung up on us and never showed up! She texted Kw and said she loved the vehicle

      I have explained to KW Auto that although i do love the vehicle because it is a dream vehicle of mine, that the vehicle is not safe to drive multiple times. Therefore I never scheduled a time to bring it to them. I also was told that I would have to cover the tow for them to look at it. So under the impression that they were going to cover repairs for the vehicle, since I purchased it that way without knowledge, I told them I would cover the tow, as I do need that vehicle fixed. I asked them specifically, after scheduling a tow, that if I brought it that they would be paying for all repairs. That was Saturday, March 5th 2022 and the business will not answer me any longer. The only way they have tried to resolve this is to have me pay to have it towed to them and to then in turn also pay for at least $2000 in repairs. They now have my $7154 and I have a non working vehicle. I even tried to get them to refund my money in full and they could take the vehicle back and that was ignored. I will be taking this to small claims if need be. They are very clearly not going to work with me at all.
