Lately I have been having transportation issues with Southeast Trans. After Southeast Trans accepts my reservation they fail to show show up at my door to take me to my appointment.I have to call them repeatedly because they are always late picking me up. This not only create problems with my medical providers, it causes hardship on me which becomes aggravating because I have to call and change my schedule in hopes that I may have better luck next time in getting a ride.Yesterday (07/11/2022), I had two appointments. My first appointment was with Baptist ***************** (whom I wasn't able to reach) at 1:00 pm because I have a hole in the back of my neck about the size of a pencil eraser that needs to be checked periodically because it hasn't been healing properly.My second appointment was with my primary physician at 4:00 pm (whom I was able to get a hold of) to inform them about the possibility that I may not be able to make my appointment. I further explained that because of my transportation issues with Southeast Trans will probably continue to happen again until I find a much better source of transportation.As long as I can remember Southeast Trans has done this before when I had to travel to and from my homefor IV treatments at the *********************************** Services daily for two weeks.Business response

I have been led to believe over and over for entire month of June and now the first week of July that a provider for transportation has been acquired yet each trip has been cancelled at last minute, robbing me of much needed medical servicesBusiness response

Thank you for reaching out and letting us know that there has been an issue with transportation. We have reached out to the member to get more information on the previous trips. In the meantime, we have already assigned the upcoming trips to a reliable transportation provider.

I had scheduled medical transportation through southeast transportation over a month ago for my daughter ************************* to her medical testing and clinic appointment and her medical need is high she is a heart transplant patient and they are well aware of this Ive already had to reschedule this appointment twice because they wont help her its been almost 2 months and Ive had to reschedule it twice because of this issue and still they arent doing anything this problem had been going on for years now if she doesnt get there the doctors had me sign a paper before her transplant that if all appointments werent kept they could call child protective services on me please help I dont want to lose my kids because of themBusiness response

Through our investigation into your case, our **************************** was able to see that your daughter was able to make it to her latest appointment on 3/31/22 successfully. We were able to speak with you and were able to provide you with the contact information for our QA department for future trips. My mother has had a change in her health insurance because of her age which is 62 and she has epilepsy she's disabled due to five back surgeries she hasn't drove in over 30 years and she needs rides to her doctor's appointments like I said she's disabled and she's sick and has many doctors she needs to see and now Southeast transportation is her provider through her insurance and I'm telling you they will not find her a ride for anything she's been trying for 3 months to find a ride and I know damn well that support medical around our area in Indiana will come get my mom they are just right down the road from us people that work for support medical there's another company called Sullivan transportation that's 10 mi from us but they went out of business so Southeast Trent says there's no other way she can find a ride and she's been trying for over 3 months they turn people away like this constantly they got a big contract for an insurance company when they won the contract.Business response
