I called July 1 for a pickup for July 2 at 2pm requesting a wheelchair accessible vehicle. The company confirmed my reservation. On July 2 at 12noon I call ***** to confirm they had the reservation. They confirmed they did. At 3pm I got a call, from my sister, saying they never picked her up. I called the ***** and they informed me they didn't have a wheelchair accessible vehicle to pick her up. They never called at 2pm to let us know they weren't coming. They just let my sister, who is handicapped, sit and wait for an hour without contacting her. When I called to find out why they didn't let us know they weren't coming they said they have too many calls to call everyone. I explained she was handicapped and they had confirmed to have a vehicle to pick her up. No apologies were give. They felt no sense obligation to the commitment they had made. My sister was coming to my home to say goodbye to our mother who is dying of cancer. This was to be her last change to see our mother. I will never use this company again. I don't give them any stars they don't deserve any!! I had to highlight a star to get this complaint filed. They still don't deserve any stars!!"
