All American DIsh doesn't even deserve a 1 start rating but you have to choose 1. I think this company is a scam type of business. They charged $$ when they don't even do the service. It is not told to you directly of the charge of $49.99. It is told to you indirectly when they are rattling off the terms and conditions. They $49.99 charge is not spelled out to you directly. Then when I noticed that I was charged trying to get a hold of someone is a joke. FINALLY got a hold of someone that was supposed to be "customer **********************" and she in her own way called me "stupid" for not listening to the terms and conditions that were rattled to me. I was told it was for the service and activation of DISH. Why would I want to PAY someone to set up and activate my DISH service when I can call DISH directly and not pay a fee?Review from Michael S

Was misrepresented with my order from All American Dish which I thought was Dish Network. I canceled order before anyone called or came to my house. They charged me ***** dollars and refused to return my money. They are not an accredited company and Dish Network still uses All American Dish.

I am continually being charged for an amount that I closed due to the company sating I could have internet with the package and they choose to install knowing there was no access to internet at that time! I called and cancelled! I paid the amount to dish, however, I am still paying this amount to All American Dish! I have attempted numerous times to contact them and have been hung up on!All American Dish Response

Reached out to customer, as this was a third ********************** she signed up for. We got her service canceled & refunded her money. Apologized for the issues & glad she brought it to our attention. All should be solved.Review from Aaron L

AllAmericanDish is a criminal operation. I received a mailer and called. I spoke with a representative named *****. In order to give me a price quote she took my credit card information and did a credit check. She then charged me $29.99 without my permission. I chose not to order service from them and now the company says that I was never charged any money and they have no record of it. I sent them a copy of my bank records with the transaction ID showing a charge in their companys name at that exact day and time of the recorded call and they still deny that any charge was made. They refused to return my money.All American Dish Response

Hello ****************. I have looked into this & we do not see where you were ever denied a refund, nor do we see where you sent us any paperwork. Nonetheless, we have refunded your $29.99 today at 9:59 AM (EST)...transaction ID #***********. What I did uncover, is the extreme vulgar language (cussing out my sales agents) during calls when you wanted to cancel your service, for a mutually confirmed order you previously placed with us. I will not allow my sales agents to be talked to in that manner & ask you no longer call us for service of any kind. You have been completely refunded for the amount of money requested.
