We called Go-green pest solutions for help with a critter in our attic that alluded the trap we had set. The young lady we spoke to was kind and explained that they would inspect our home, find the obvious location it was getting in and set a trap that would catch it for $200. They came out the next day (9/24/21, arrived at 2:55pm and left at 3:07 {have video verification}) and set a trap right next to the one we had. Of course I took ours away thinking there was something wrong. over 2 weeks goes by nothing trapped and can still hear it in the attic, so I called the office, no answer and I left a message. They called back and left me a message saying they would reinspect, replace, and bait the trap. When I got home on 10/8/21 the trap was literally moved 6 over and was re baited. more than two weeks and goes by, three non answered calls, and no return calls. Finally after posting a negative review on ******* I get a call back, and ultimately speak to the owner. After speaking to the owner it was THE FIRST time I heard the words "we can't promise a result or guarantee to remove the animal". WHAT !? I called what I thought was a professional pest control business as billed on their advertising! They refuse to refund $200 for work not completed. They were not hired to put food out, they were hired to control a pest in my home. They were on property for less than 25min in total (again video verified), and $200 for that is a complete bait and switch.Business response

Fake News Alert!
**** subscribed to a 30-day wildlife rescue service. We provided NEXT DAY service to his home. After completing our interior and exterior inspection (45 mins we keep meticulous records) we determined there was raccoon activity coming and going from a tree at the front of this clients home. We explained to this client in detail that we would set cage(s) at the base of the tree where the raccoon(s) were coming down at night. We also explained that our 30 day Wild ******************* included: inspection, setting traps, servicing traps, and removing caught animals was $200 but we could not guarantee that the WILD animal would be caught within this 30 day period. He agreed to our service and terms, and we set our traps. Every single call this customer made to us was either answered and/or returned promptly. His claim that his calls werent return is COMPLETELY false. We returned to his property 5 times in total to set, inspect, reset, rebait, and ultimately remove our cages. This customer agreed and understood there was no guarantee or implied guarantee with this service until he didnt get his desired outcome. I as the owner personally spent 20 mins on the phone with **** explaining in detail that wild animals can take time to be caught and all the factors involved. Instead of understanding the facts as they were presented, he decided to start calling me names and being extremely rude on the phone. I thanked him for his business and politely got off the phone.
There is a lot more I could say about this "gentleman" but I will remain professional and polite.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Unfortunately everything represented is completely false. Please let me know where I can send video proof and call recordings. I did not call this person names I did tell him he has terrible business practices which is factual. Seriously, how elementary of an accusation.
