            We have tried for two pool seasons to buy a new pool liner from this business where we bought our pool just a few years ago. Never received return calls, I constantly have to call back. **** was the nicest one we spoke to and he made us think we would receive a return call, and hoped we would receive a positive response about a new liner. We didnt get either. Today I spoke with service manager, ***********************, he was incredibly rude, a smart aleck and blatantly didnt care that we werent being taken care of at all. I feel like the least they could do is buy the pool liner I need from a different company that I found online and sell it to me at the price they had originally quoted me before they told me they couldnt get anymore in stock. They can sell me a whole new pool set up but not just the liner. They have the worst customer service Ive ever experienced and I grew ** in retail. I know how the customer is supposed to be taken care of.

            Less than a year and our pool already has holes in it. According to warranty they gave us at install, it was covered. Now they are telling us its not?! They wont honor their own warranties! Takes WEEKS for them to give you a bs excuse. Definitely do NOT recommend this company! They are a complete SCAM!!
