            We hired Integrity, moving service in August of 2023. During the move we noticed they damaged our furniture. So we asked them to be careful. At the end of the move we spoke with the person in charge and showed him all of a furniture that they had damaged. The mover informed us to contact the office and speak with ****** from integrity Moving services and file a claim. We spoke with ****** and she asked us to send the information and state it that she would reimburse us for the damage furniture. We sent Integrity pictures and information of the damaged furniture. We have NOT received payment for the damaged property. Chanel from Integrity Moving service is now avoiding our phone calls. She does not answer or email us back. This company and ownets of the company are very professional and unethical. They shouldnot be in business. Based on their reviews they have done this to other people. I would like to have my furniture replaced or paid for damaged furniture since they were the ones that damaged it. This company should not be in business.

            Integrity Moving Service of ************ provided me with a free estimate. The cost is based on the hourly rate. After I reviewed the contract and agreed to the price, two workers arrived at my home at the agreed upon time and date. The Integrity workers ***** and ****** introduced themselves and asked what I wanted to be moved and where I wanted it placed. In order to move the Elliptical trainer, ***** covered the flooring and woodwork in their path, since the equipment was very heavy and 16 steps down to a lower level. They moved the trainer into the room I asked them to place it in, then cleaned and picked up their items and equipment, and thanked me for hiring them. This company will be used by me in the future and I will recommend them to my family and friends.
