******** has been amazing throughout this entire experience! My husband and I had so many questions as this is our first home and she was able to answer every single question we had! ***** at the design center was also wonderful, she was easy to talk to and helped us ensure we were getting everything we wanted in our new home!

Arbor Homes - Abbey ***** and **************************!!! Arbor Homes makes it SO easy to understand the process that goes into building a home! They have very specific guidelines and information for the buyer. Things move along like clockwork once the ball gets rolling!I have never built a home and have had the most positive and engaging experience with *****************************, the Community Sales Manager. She is patient and kind. She answers all of the questions she is able to, and finds answers for the others. ******** will text or email so that you, the buyer, are up-to-date on all that needs to be done or known. ******** has made this entire process SO easy for me!!!What a positive and rewarding experience home building can be with Arbor Homes and *****************************!!! ??

If you are lookibg for a house in ur budget ARBOR Homes are the best. Please ask for ******** because she is an awesome sales manager and will be able to answer most of ur questions. My Experience with building a new house has been wonderful n I hope it continues to be the same....????????

Our initial experience with Arbor Homes has been an excellent one! Junairah is our sales manager and has proven to be professional, personable and extremely helpful. She was very thorough and patient with us when walking us through the contract and made it relatively stress free. She has been a great liaison for us with the loan officer and design center and has been very efficient in her correspondence. We look forward to continuing this process with Junairah and Arbor Homes, and the completion of our new home.

If you are in the market for a house or have thought about building, I would 100% recommend building with Arbor Homes. ******** has helped us so much throughout the process. We went to ************** on a whim and met her there and since then, shes been so easy to work with and has made the process very smooth for us. She responds quickly, doesnt pressure you into making choices about your house you arent comfortable with, and helped make what could be a stressful experience, a great one!

This is it listen to what I have to say above all else. I purchased an arbor home when I was freshly 22 years old. Built in the summer of **** and assumed occupancy in late December of that year. On the very first night of my tenure of owning this wretched monument of trash there were problems. Roof leaked... walls not square..... improperly installed ductwork that lead to drafts and hot/cold areas of the home. Poor quality carpet .... poor quality paint..... poor quality everything imaginable as far as building materials are concerned. These ARBOR homes people will cut corners on all aspects of construction. The value of the home and the neighborhood went down quite literally overnight and I was just stuck there for many years. They fixed nothing that was wrong with the home. It was so bad that my neighbors and I were nearly causing a riot with the salespeople down at the model homes. As new customers would pull up we would walk down there and warn them of ARBOR homes and their dirty tricks. SERIOUSLY they are THAT BAD!!!! Its been some years now since I finally got this massive booger off of my finger and Im still angry and upset with these vultures. They are ******* and delight in ripping off unsuspecting folks. Be warned and do not buy one of these terribly designed and ill built pieces of garbage. They ruined life for me. I mean it.
