      I have been trying to contact the funeral Director ********************************* for almost 2 weeks regarding a pre-plan for a deceased love one. he is either out of the office or busy he never returns my calls. we know theres a plan but for some reason he doesnt appear to want to share that information with the family.

      I am trying to get the copy of my father ***************************original installment contract from the mortuary ,my mom ************************* ,pre arranged my Dad funeral several years ago I paid the balance left over according ,to staff at the mortuary **** dollars was the amount due to be paid. The mortuary staff have gave me two invoices with two different dollar amounts which I sent to Fema which they questioned , so they requested the original installment contract stating what was paid by my mom and what was paid by me. They need to know which insurance Policy was used for the pre arrangement that was turned over to the mortuary my mom cashed in the policy she had on her children years ago when me and my sibling were able to obtain our own insurance coverage.However the mortuary refused to give me the original document . I called requesting the original installment contract and her staff which answered the telephone after explaining to them what I needed hung up the telephone. To quote the woman at the mortuary Im trying to keep my two brothers that work for her to keep from getting part of the refund from Fema which is a lie Im trying to receive what Ive paid as my sibling paid nothing toward my dads home going my dad died 11/29/20 he was laid to rest in December 07,20 the pre paid amount my mom who preceded my dad in death according to the invoice provided by Mara ********************** was ******** which she states was applied 12/1/2020 and by *************************** 12/07/2020 was ******** to the mortuary and ******** to Crown Hill c .
