1/13/24 ******************************* ph# ************** came to my home to demonstrate the Ritello clean air machine. I agreed to purchase the clean ************ unit. Gave him $300.00 electronically using his phone over $3000.00. He contacted Preferred Credit financing the balance. Preferred credit approved financing. ***** set the unit up to run. 1/15/24 I called told him I needed to cancel the purchase. I then sent him a text msg stating the same. Informed him he could pick up the equipment on 1/17 or 1/19 from my home.1/ 16 I called asked when he would pick up?agreed to pickup on 1/27. Called am 1/27 said yes would pick up around 1pm. Called him 2pm said he was with a customer still. 3pm he called me and said he would come after 5pm I agreed ok. Called me later said I lived too far. 1/24 called ***** for pickup & & Preferred Credit. 1/25 called ***** for pickup, he agreed to meet me at my job to pickup 1/27. 1/27 he picked up his equipment. I never removed the vacuum from its packaging.asked when I would receive my $300 he said once the company gave him his money.2/12 called & texted ***** for my $300. 2/18 I called Preferred Credit **************** regarding my refund of $300. Preferred said I needed to contact the salesman2/26 texted *****, he responded. I would have my money in a couple of days. 3/1/24 I called and text *****,-no response.Initial Complaint

I have been a customer of theirs for many years and Ive always made my payments on time. This year in July I noticed that my payment did not come out of my account. I called and my payment plan had expired in June. I renewed it. When my August payment failed to come out I called the number on the last letter I received from them and it turned out that Premier /credit had been bought by another company called *********** Systems. I tried for weeks talking to someone at *********** Systems to see if they could locate my account and they could not with the information that I gave them (SS#, name, DOB, Account number). I have made two other payments since August on the Premier Credit website but the balance didnt change but the money came out of my account. I want to talk to someone at Premier Credit about my account before I make any more payments. If they cant find my account like *********** Systems cant then I want it in writing that my debt is paid in full.Initial Complaint

I had a medical issue (HIPPA) that cause me to loose work. I paid the **** but they left it on my credit report afte I was told it would be removed. Now, when I have to give permission to check my credit for my medical job applications a medical concern is flagged. Please have this removed from report as it was paid in full. Account number is ********. I have already had a three month battle with Covid documented which raised concern for my health with rehires. Please remove this from my credit.Business response
