The consumers debt has been verified by the original creditor and is a valid debt. Multiple bills and statements have been mailed from the original creditor to the consumer and our office has sent letters as well. If consumer wishes to have it removed from collections they need to call the original creditors office and ask them to remove himself from collections.
Once we receive the notice from our client to remove the consumer we will be more than happy to oblige.
Sincerely,

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the response provided by New World Collections regarding the recent collection notice I received. I dispute the validity of the debt, and I am concerned about potential HIPAA violations in the absence of a consent to release form.
Despite the information shared by New World Collections, I have not received a consent to release form, as required by the **************** Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). The lack of proper authorization raises serious concerns about the privacy and security of my personal health information.
In light of the unsatisfactory response from New World Collections, I want to inform you that I will be escalating this matter by submitting a formal complaint to the ************************************ (****). I believe the involvement of the **** will ensure a thorough investigation and adherence to proper legal and ethical standards.
I kindly request the Better Business Bureau's continued support in addressing this issue and appreciate your assistance in facilitating a fair resolution. I trust that both the BBB and the **** will play integral roles in resolving this dispute and holding New World Collections accountable.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
Sincerely,

We have sent an extra mailing via certified to the consumer of proof of debt and signed financial liability. Enclosed and attached is the proof.
The consumer has disputed multiple times.. The bureaus information is the following. Dispute Code 1 - Settlement or partial payment accepted.
Dispute Code 2 Claims paid the original creditor before collection status/ paid before charge off.
NWC responded accordingly with the bureau and all updates are accurate with proof of liability to the debt. The original creditors response is following along with proof of billing and signed agreement. "Patient had 7 visits at our south office. He was a no show on the last scheduled visit. Should have paid $40 copay per visit, but claimed it would come automatically out of his HSA account when processed through his insurance. Insurance claimed he was not eligible at the time of service. I called and left messages for patient to update his info or contact his insurance . A bill for our services was mailed at least 5 times. I called and left a message offering a reduced rate, rather than to send to collections. Patient never returned call."
At this point The consumer needs to provide proof he has paid the debt or insurance he provided to the creditor was current and rectify directly with our office or the creditors office.
We welcome the **** Inquiry and will provide all necessary info.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Upon requesting validation of the item reported to the credit bureaus by New World Collections, I received *************** medical records, including a patient ledger with dates, procedures, codes, and treatment details. This was provided without a prior written release, violating my rights under the **************** Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). In response to my previous message, New World Collections continued to violate HIPAA by openly discussing the number of treatments, locations, payment amounts for visits, medical payment account types, and insurance information. In their communication, the company stated that I had a total of 7 visits, but the documentation provided includes over 5 pages with over a hundred charges, including multiple duplicate procedures. This information appears to be inaccurate. Despite bringing these clear FCRA and HIPAA violations to the attention of New World Collections, their response indicated a disregard for these concerns, stating that they "welcome" any complaints. I have now opened complaints with the ***** as well as the ********** of ****** and ***** Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights (OCR) in regards to the blatant disregard for protected information.
Regards,
