  I had body work and paint done$3200. I got the initial estimate and I scheduled an appointment to get that done. After they had it for 1 day they called me and said they forgot to put a cab corner on the estimate and they asked if they could add this I said yes, added about 500 dollars to the bill. When I went to pick it up a day after it was supposed to be done the front passenger side fender was not painted. I asked why, they told me it was not on the estimate and started yelling at me in the parking lot. They agreed to fix it because it was on the initial estimate but when they added the cab corner some how they switched which fender was supposed to be painted and painted the wrong fender. They called the next day saying the truck was done. When I went to pick it up I paid for it then looked it over and I noticed there was a paint line on the fender and in the door frame I asked about it and they started yelling at me. What I have also noticed is they did not remove the fenderflares

  SO ON OUR BEHALF WHEN ZACHARY CAME IN WE ONLY HAD ONE CAB CORNER ON THE ESTIMATE AND NOTICED BOTH NEEDED DONE, WE ASK IF HE WANTED TO ADD IT HE SAID YES., BUT HE CALLED US BACK 3 TIMES CHANGING THINGS AROUND TRYING TO GET PRICE LOWER, THATS WEAR THINGS GOT MIXED UP WITH ESTIMATE AND WRONG FENDER WAS PAINTED, AND WE DID PAINT IT TO TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT ON TOP OF THAT WE ACTUALLY FIXED SEVERAL DENTS AND PAINTED OVER 85% OF THE TRUCK WHICH WASNT ON ESTIMATE. AND AS FAR AS THE FENDER FLARES WE TOLD HIM WE WOULD JUST LEAVE THEM ON PAINT PAINT THEM ON THE TRUCK TO TRY TO SAVE HIM MONEY. HE SAID THAT WAS FINE. AS FAR AS YELLING AT HIM DIDNT HAPPEN HE WAS RAISING HIS VOICE. WE TRIED TO DEAL WITH THE SITUATION BEST WE COULD AND ASK HIM TO LEAVE TRUCK WE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. HE GOT A PAINT JOB AND REPAIRS DONE WE NORMALLY WOULD HAVE CHARGED $4500 PLUS FOR. AND AS FAR AS THE PAINT LINE ON THE FENDER THIS IS STANDARD FOR THE WORK FOR THE PRICE PAID FOR, THIS WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE ALL OVER PAINT JOB. AND AS FAR AS PAYMENT WE DIDNT EVEN CHARGE HIM THE ACTUALL TOTAL OF $3283.55 HE GOT EVEN MORE OF DISCOUNT.
