Our Bosch SHE3ARF6UC/22 dishwasher stopped working on 08/26/21 with an E02 error code. We filed a claim with our Choice Home Warranty (***) on 09/13/21. They assigned our claim to *****Appliance Doctor. ************************* and his son *********************** from *****Appliance Doctor came to our house on 09/15/21 to diagnose the issue. During diagnosis, the entire dishwasher had to be uninstalled and removed from underneath the countertop by the technicians. They found the E02 error code appeared after they ran the dishwasher, which they explained was a fault within the electrical control board. I paid them a $65 service fee as part of the *** contract. On 09/16/21 *** authorized the service claim put forth by *****Appliance Doctor. The same techs arrived at our house on 09/24/21 to replace the electrical control board. They again had to completely uninstall and remove the dishwasher from underneath the countertop in order to perform the repair. They were unable to complete the repair as the part they brought turned out to be faulty in their assessment, which was found after installing the part and running the dishwasher. *********************** arrived at our house on 10/21/21 with a new electrical control board, and after the replacement, I was told the dishwasher was now in good working condition. On 11/11/21 while running the dishwasher, I noticed the water had leaked out of the dishwasher and flowed underneath our hardwood floors in the living room and dining room. I called ***, and they asked me to deal with the contractor directly in order to determine who was at fault. I spoke to the owner of the *****Appliance Doctor, *********************************** about the water leak on 11/11/21, and sent him evidence of the damage. ******************** apologized and admitted their technician had made a mistake whilst reinstalling the dishwasher. He instructed me to file a homeowners insurance claim and told me he would pay my insurance company. He has yet to pay our insurance, and informed them he is uninsured.
