      Luxe Exteriors. Cashed our ***** **** check on October 19th of 2021. November,11/15/2021 we went to discuss the new roof Had our money already in the bank Signed the paperwork on November 15th 2021. Said they would be here in a week to start the work. A year and a half later were still waiting. No one in the building where they work from, Don't answer phone calls or texts. In the mean time we sit and have a leak in our roof It drips down in a can in the bathroom, Were waiting for the drywall to fall down. The check was cashed by *****************. ************************************ We would like to see if you can help us get our money back. Were seniors and need the roof fixed. ***** **** won't help because it's gone over the date. Thanks **** and *****************

      In September of 2020, I had the unfortunate experience of having a door to door salesman from Luxe Exteriors, who said you have hail damage. The salesmen added that they will fill a claim with my insurance company on my behalf. After the claim was filled with my insurance, a claims rep showed to view my roof. The next thing I know I received a check from my insurance company made out to Luxe and myself. The claims adjuster estimate did not include a new roof, just patches for replacement. I called my rep who said they see this all the time, nor to worry they will appeal the decision by doing a brittle test on my shingles In the meantime endorse the check to us. Several months went by, and after several emails and phone calls, I received a call from**** ************ and ***************** suggesting I should hire a third party adjuster they recomend to apeal the case. They said **** feels so confident about winning the appeal, that they would cover the cost of the adjuster. With the exception if I won I would have to pay them back. Several calls emails ect, I kept getting the same runaround. Finally in June of 2022 the independent adjuster Luxe hired said it's doesn't look like we are going to win. I contacted Luxe about getting the check back from the insurance company. Got a call from *** who said **** cashed the check and are going to keep the money for the adjuster. His response "we are not going to just eat that cost, but hey i can give you a quote on doing your roof". I forwarded the original email from *** and **** stating they will take full responsibility.

      Hired Luxe exterior to fix my roof and chimney for an insurance claim. ***************** paid me and I paid Luxe to do the work. I paid over $24,000 for them to do the work. My home claim was closed on 4/14/2022 and the job has not been completed. Material are sitting on my lawn and not protected from the elements. ***************** is the owner and does not answer any phone calls. Office number just sends you in circles and no one picks up. Meanwhile I have a home with a roof problem that can lead to more problems that will not be covered by my insurance. I need the job fixed immediately and done correctly. It seems to me that the company cashed my check and have no desire to do the work.

      In June 2021, a company (Luxe Exterior) solicited me about my siding and roof replacement sighting hail damage on both, including my gutters, downspouts, and shutters. They asked to contact my ***************** themselves (***** ****), and that they would handle everything themselves and not to worry. A few weeks later they got back with me saying the siding was included along with the shutters and downspouts/gutters. They stated they could order everything and get to it within a few weeks. They also told me my outbuilding / shed was included but if I wanted to not worry about the shed they would use the money in lieu of my deductible. I agreed. I signed some paperwork and went on my way excited. On approximately the 1st of October, they began the work. within a few days they had the house stripped. Within the next week or so they put up about 90% of the siding and house wrap, but on Friday the 5th, they ran out of siding claiming they must not have got enough in the order. They said they would reorder what was needed and finish it the following week. Upon observation of the work I noticed while cutting some railing to install the new siding, they busted large chunks of concrete off my entrance steps. I inquired with the appraiser and owner and they said they would send out a concrete guy to estimate the job for repair. I told them the steps were not damaged before this and they needed to replace the entire set of steps and not just patch them. They were frustrated. The next day they finished up the siding and immediately began asking me for the entire amount of money owed to them. I told them, as soon as you make the repair to my steps and install the gutter and downspouts along with the shutters I will gladly pay you. They seemed furious, yelling at me. I have offered them one third of the funds approx $5000 at this time and the rest when finished. They would not agree.

      On July of this year (2021) I was approached by a rep from Luxe Exteriors named Mike. Mike introduced himself as an Independent Insurance Adjuster looking for Hail Damage. Being someone who knew nothing of **** Ins. Adj.'s, I agreed to allow Mike to look my house over for damage. After completing the inspection he determined my house did in fact have Hail Damage to the Aluminum Siding. The next step was to file a claim against my Home Insurance to get the ball rolling. An Adjuster from my Insurance did come out and did agree with Mikes assessment. A check was mailed out to Luxe Exteriors on August 16th for the full amount needed for repairs. I wasn't presented the check until the 29th of September for endorsement so materials could be purchased. After several phone calls by myself in asking WHEN is my WORK going to START? I was promised a start date for the week of October the 18th. On the 18th of October I decided to take a trip over to Luxe Exteriors Valparaiso office and talk with someone there. Only to find out that the "*** ******* ***" address was no longer there. In fact that location has been closed for over a year. By this point my blood was boiling with anger. I immediately went to my Insurance Agent and asked what they could do. They were nice enough to call Luxe Exteriors Claims Adjuster, Blake, in Hobart to ask what's going on. I received a call back from Blake the following day and once again, was given the usual excuses of equipment failure and work backlogs. Shortly after Blakes call, Josh, the General Contractor for Luxe Exteriors called me with again, more excuses and apologies. Josh did however say that Luxe would be delivering my vinyl siding on Friday, October the 22nd. It's now 20 minutes to 11:00 AM and Luxe Exteriors is a NO SHOW. I can sum up my experience with Luxe Exteriors; They are Fraudulent, Lying, Crooked Thieves who prey on the Inexperienced, like myself. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! LAWSUIT IS PENDING!

      Per phone conversation: Mike advised that the business has been very helpful in resolving his complaint and repairs are almost complete and he wishes to close the complaint as resolved.

      We chose luxe exterior for roof and gutter replacement. They are terrible with communication. After months of trying to get hold of them, they just show up on June 23rd to replace our roof. We were on vacation that week, which shows lack of communication. I have asked over 5 times when will the gutters get replaced but I get no answer. Allstate paid them a long time ago, yet the work has not been completed. They refuse to answer me now. ******* *******
