Our experience with Don ********************** was exceptional! We sold a property out of state which we anticipated would be challenging. There is absolutely nothing more *** could have done to make this process better from start to finish. He is honest, easy to communicate with, available at all times, thorough, knowledgeable, and he went above and beyond to find quality professionals to complete any needed repairs. We cannot think of a single thing he could have done better, and we are so grateful we hired him. *** was great tp work with. We were in a tight spot, explained to *** the situation and left it all up to him. Zero regrets. Extremally trust worthy and knew he had our best interest in mind. The process was easy and comforting to know we were being taken care of. To top it off, *** got us much more than we were expectation. When we first approached Oberlin Real Estate with the task of selling our family farm I had no idea what an enormous undertaking it would be.
