I spoke to ******* about buying a house almost 3 years before I actually did, or could. He took the time to tell me exactly what I needed to do to be mortgage approval worthy, at the price point I was looking for. I did exactly what he advised and 3 years later approached him about moving forward. I had found the house asked him and his team for a preapproval. They had it to me in no time. Made an offer on the house that day. Won that offer. Closed on the house in approximately 30 days. Sounds smooth right? It was and only because of ******* and his teams actions to go above and beyond . There were a few bumps with my approval on my end but they smoothed them out in no time. The level of professionalism of this company has always been impressive and satisfying to me and my family.Review from Val P

I refinanced my home and saved almost $400 a month on my monthly payment working with ******* and his team. These are experienced professionals with genuine commitment to each client. I used Approved Mortgage for a new home I purchased, and the entire process was seamless. I then recently refinanced my mortgage, and I was even more impressed at the level of service, their ability to shop and find me the best rate, and the speed at which they closed my loan. I definitely recommend Approved Mortgage!
