************************* was the service technician that did the installation on my new water heater. He arrived on time, introduced himself and explained the install process from the removal of the old water tank to the installation process of the new unit. ***** was thorough and professional. His workmanship was top notch. A very nice young man.It was a pleasure working with all the representatives from Complete Comfort Heating Air and Plumbing. They explained their products. No hard sell, no pressure.

I recently had the pleasure of using Complete Comfort for my furnace repair, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I made the call, the customer service was outstanding. They were friendly, informative, and made sure to schedule a visit that suited my availability.The technician, ****, arrived right on time, which was greatly appreciated. He was extremely professional, courteous, and took the time to explain what was wrong with my furnace in a way that was easy to understand. Our AC went out during the summer heat wave. We called Complete Comfort and they came out immediately, **** gave us some options and got our air back going. Super happy with everyone involved at Complete Comfort and I highly recommend them to all my family and friends!

Had complete HVAC/Air Conditioning system installed last ******** They intially appeared to have a good price, but AFTER installation I received an email offering an additonal 10%. They refused to honor the additional 10% even after I called & talked to some manager. They did not give any filters with the new system even after I asked. (No, not even one installed in the new system!!)After installation several people pointed out that the system was installed incorrectly. It was too close to the house, the outside unit was not up on legs as required and there was no "trap" installed where the furnace drains. I believe that some of these errors were code violations(?) They did come back & fix most of the problems. They never DID get me any filters.I posted a review on ****** which they never responded to & 6 months later I realized they had somehow had my review removed! So I re-posted it & this time they responded saying how much they value their customers & that they'd give me a few filters. I commented that basically they were a day late & a dollar short & what they (obviously) REALLY care about are their reviews! Then they had the second review removed as well. Which is why I'm posting this here. Because people need to know...

***************************** and ********* were amazing! They were professional and efficient at their job. Under my house was a muddy mess but they did not complain and advised me that I will need some plumbing done as well in the future. I was amazed when they pulled a broom and dustpan out to sweep up any mess that they had made. I advised that it was not necessary, since I had to clean anyway. But they insisted that they clean their mess. They made sure to explain my new thermostat and how to access my filter to my new furnace. Thank you soo much and I will be returning!
