I am sorry to hear of your experience with A Heart For Puppies. I will break right into answering these grievances:
Our reviews are 5-star and excellent because our clients know we are 5-star and excellent. Those who know us and do visit our facilities know the care and love with which we raise our puppies.
To say this is an embellishment is to be very kind to you. If our puppy arrived to you in the condition you describe, the airline would have turned us in to the ***** at minimum. I am shocked, to say the least, to be accused of abuse and neglect when you refuse to, at minimum, call ******, ***** or our veterinarian to have someone from a governing agency come to our facility to investigate your claims against us. Did you call the airlines to ask why the puppy arrived in such a condition?
I invite you to come to our facility, but you already have a rebutal for that, as well; we probably have another facility.
You do not know us, yet reference us as liars, not acting in good faith. Does it make sense that we would keep a puppy such as you described only to send it to a client? I am unsure of what your motivations are against us, but you have been far less than honest with us and with this review. None of it makes sense and ultimately - Shame on you if any of what you said is true and you have done nothing more than submit a review.
