"Horrible craftsmanship clearly says on the website and in my colony book 10 yr structural warranty well last year they honored it and replaced the roof and decking on the back because it looked like a skate park and they said which I recorded that phone call it was a recalled skid of osb this year same thing with the front and they won't honor their structural warranty not to mention the whole house flooding due to a toilet supply line being stripped they came out and fixed half the problem now I'm dealing with black mold behind the wall panels before that an uncrimped pex b fitting let go that was not secured the right way soaking all the insulation and floor under the house my lawyer is going to have a field day with this currently have lung issues now due to black mold that was not correctly remediated I'm at a loss here my well being and health has taken a toll trusting a company that makes excuses and does not stand by their work with that said stay as far away from this trash unless your looking for a 4 yr disposable home and it tool allot of being lied to to get me to the point of seeking justice I guess that will have to come from the courts"
