We had no service interruption since 2021. This year of Jan 2023 and Feb 2023 was the first month we had 4 accounts under our address. We had 1 account prior to that for almost three years theres been no issues. This year we were getting used to our account and Id like to report the electric companies website that payments are submitted was had several issues being reported one is she. You pay and it doesnt go to the past due it will go to random accounts 5/23/2023 *** in the office refused to work with us she has charged us double two months electric bill. *** stated they arent responsible for their websites mistakes and I would like to complain and ask for a return of the deposit we paid in may. Also to voiding off the second charged June **************************************************************************************************************** the house and refused to turn on the power she refuses any other solutions. Im disgusted and frankly feel rules and regulations were broken on there behalf as of 2023 to 2021 we had a good record she didnt even consider our account going from 1-4 in this time period m.
