Very knowledgeable and laid out a game plan for us from the beginning. ********************* kept us updated on our status daily with goals to achieve, finished task and several things to be done we were not aware of.Everyone in the organisation was very helpful and made it as flawless as possible.I would recommend Ruoff and ********************* to anyone purchasing a home.in the future. i am a first time home buyer so i don't have a lot to compare to but Ruoff mortgage and their employee was very patient and helpful. anytime i have question they respond very fast. They have work hard and help me through the whole home buying process. they have got all my paperwork ready for everything in about 35 days from beginning to end. i would recommend them.
