      Brotherhood Mutual is far from Brotherly. Staff is smug, rude, and most unprofessional. They do not return calls, not even to legal teams. They seek their own profit off of others' miseries without an ounce of compassion, empathy or even mild concern. Do not buy into the company title. Even their own clients have negative reviews for them.

      Brotherhood Mutual is a joke. I was hurt while performing my paid duties at the church. The pastor took responsibility and turned in a work comp claim. A year later two surgeriesand ive still not recieved a dime of workers comp money they are even denying my medical bills after their doctor stated the injury was work related and put that in the report. This company even after being told by the pastor of the church to pay the claim refuses. Based on the prior reviews for this company. Thwy should be put out of business or at least sanctioned.

      This company is trash. I was hit by one of their insured and they have made fixing my vehicle impossible. The adjuster *************************** is extremely sarcastic and unprofessional. She sends emails and then avoids phone calls. It took almost a week to hear back from someone since ***** decided to take the claim and then be out of the office for multiple days with no response. After finally speaking to her partner or assistant, I was informed that they were not taking liability for the accident since the insured stated she was not at fault. I had to do all of the work from contacting the police officer, going to the police department for the street cam footage of the accident and obtaining my own estimates. Not once did they ask for photos from me or were of any help to me. I provided them with an online estimate where ***** informed me was not valid and that they would only provide a small initial payment based off the photos the insured party provided. I then left work to have an in person estimate done at Maaco. I believe since this estimate was twice as much, they decided to be vindictive and continue to dispute the estimate. I called ***** 4 times 10 minutes after her email, before she answered with a very sarcastic and arrogant tone and calling me by my name which means she knew it was me calling. ***** needs to learn how to treat people, or find a job where she does not interact with anyone via email or phone. She has no idea what stress such a minor accident has caused me.

      Our church has paid our premiums for years only to be dropped after 2 claims. If that were the only issue I might understand, but it was the way in which it was done. BM claims to have sent a Non-renewal notice in June to take effect on August 26th. We never received said notice and found out on August 29th that we were without coverage when we tried to pay our premium. When we called customer service and stated that this notice should have been sent certified as it is so important, they actually stated that they did. I asked for proof as I would have been the ONLY one to sign...crickets. Long story short, they did not ***************** OR it never arrived. It's obvious they simply want out of the contract and are looking for any reason. Brotherhood is not interested in helping churches, they are interested in covering themselves....Have some integrity!(PS - the one star rating is because you have to put something, I would rate a 0/5)

      I REGRETFULLY HAVE TO GIVE A NEG REPORT, I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET A RESOLUTION FOR MONTHS AND B/M INS COMPANY IS TRYING TO GET THE CONTRACTOR TO SETTLE FOR MUCH LESS THAN WHAT WAS INVOICED AND ARE PUTTING OUR CHURCH IN A SITUATION WHERE OUR CHURCH IS ABOUT TO HAVE A LIEN PLACED ON IT, ALL BECAUSE THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAY THE CLAIM.
