Ive been an a one customer since August with this company. Never missed a payment or had any other issues. I fixed some work to my car that I didnt know was covered under a warranty, I came out of ********************************************************************************************** 2 months. The car still wasnt driveable so I asked to see if the problem was fixable under my warranty. Its wasnt, but I was told I can rewrite my loan and that it will be fixed. Ive been hung up on by the store manager on ************* because he didnt want to hear me complain after he told me Wednesday that I had a check that would be ready Friday. So I went in person and was told the exact same thing. Here ************* I callback for him to say he hasnt spoke with anybody and he doesnt know when Ill get a check but clearly I was approved because my payment for my car has INCREASED. Still no repairs. I called corporate and spoke to a **** at the st. *** office she assured me that the check was there and to give it a couple hours and to call back before the end of the day. I called the office on ******** and they said they still dont know anything. Which made me call **** back. After our call a ************************* the regional manager calls and tells me that im wrong for calling and being frustrated and her staff has done everything they can. Which isnt true because I still havent got a check and Ive been hung up on by her the regional manager and by her manager of her Bluffton store. I feel like this is predatory lending practices and this is not right. They do this to people they think are in bad credit situations and then refuse or dont want to hear them out. Ive been paying for a car that I havent drove since January. Never late never missed and this is beyond frustrating because Ive done everything right on my end.
