      These are ****************** in ***************. Always kind, caring, considerate and helpful as heck. Explained it all to me and even saved me a few bucks off from original quote. The only thing I don't like is the amount it costs customers in Labor fees. Other than that, I'm always extremely happy with them. I'm certain the work got done and done properly. It's worth every ***** when you know you can TRUST THEM TO DO A GREAT JOB. THANK YOU ******.

      I have taken my business to Berger Auto for years and have had nothing but good experiences until March 2nd of this year. I brought my vehicle in to have some headlight bulbs replaced. I furnished my own parts and was well aware prior to having the service, that Berger does not warranty outside parts. The first red flag is that the tech who was working on my car didn't realize that my vehicle has high beam and low beam light bulbs. He questioned me as to why I had 4 bulbs instead of just 2. He had installed one bulb and wanted me to see the difference it was from my previous set. I was happy at the results, but also concerned because he was unfamiliar with how the lighting system was set up. Once he completed the work he made it a point tell me that the lights look great and I don't have to worry about any flickering. A problem that I have never had. The very next day the lights flickered and then went completely out. I contacted Berger and explained to the Service manager what happened. He spoke to me in a completely uninterested tone and and said to me "So what is your question?" I responded "I have no headlights what do you mean what is my question?" to which he replied "So you are telling me that the lights you brought in aren't working?" He began to lecture me on how customer's ********************** aren't under warranty. I told him that I was well aware of that policy, however the work itself should be warrantied. He said "If you want us to look it, we will, you do know that a diagnostic is $119 an hour right?" I said I guess I do now. He then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to bring it in today he would have to squeeze it in. I told him that I was at work and it would have to be tomorrow for him to look at the install not a diagnostic. He cuts me off and says well we close at noon tomorrow so if we get in there and it takes a few hours you probably won't get you car back that day. Not once did I get an apology or a reasonable solution.

      I submitted a mobile auto repair request to Berger Auto. I received a call-back the same day from ****** who explained they were closed but that she would contact me on Monday with an estimate and the time a service associate could be here. As promised, I received a call back on Monday and ******* came same day to make the repair. Both ****** and ****** were prompt, kind, professional, and answered my questions. I was simply blown away by the level of service I received from them. EXCEPTIONAL! I will certainly share my experience with others. Berger Auto has my business!

      I had an oil change and later realized that the milage sticker was incorrect for my vehicle. Must have got switched on accident. I contacted them by email to alert them of the issue. ***************************, who is the manager for the ****** location called me shortly after. He apologized for the mix up and offered me a free oil change that day. When I told him I would likely not be able to get in until the next week, he offered to send someone to pick up my vehicle and bring it back after. Zero charges! I mean...WOW! Who still does customer ********************** like that these days? I would give them 6 stars if possible! Thank you for caring about your customers that much ******! You've made me a loyal one after this!
