PLEASE IF YOU HAVE OTHER OPTIONS GO THERE!!! THIS IS THE ***** NIGHTMARES ARE MADE ON USED VEHICLES!!!Its been two months since my purchase and this experience has just gotten worse since day one. The truck they sold me has valve issues and uses oil like crazy, every shop Ive talked too locally tell me theres no way they didnt know before they sold it. Ive talked with *** several times as he offered to try to have it fixed there, as a was will to take the truck from ********* to their shop as its way cheaper than me fixing it, but all thats happened were one lie after another. First it was let me talk to the service manager after waiting weeks for *** to talk to him and the service manager to clear a repair *** needed to talk to the owner. Well *** couldnt find the owner and apparently the owner has never been found because its been weeks since I was promised a call back which Ive been promised that several times and its been a lie every time. If this wasnt bad enough I never received anything for a registration so not only can I not drive my pile of s*** truck I cant register the pile of s*** to get rid of the **** thing. Oh and *** has been trying to get hold of finance for about a week to see where the registration went. So Ill probably never get this sorted without an attorney or something.Make sure you get the warranty the vehicle I purchased has valve seal problems. Its smoked on start up from the very next day I got it back. Makes sense of why it was always being started before I could drive it. I needed a work truck not a lemon to get further in debt just trying to work.

Went there with my daughter to purchase a car she saw, couldnt get anyone to even talk to me to see what I needed. *** walked outside when we pulled up but never acknowledged us and went around the building. I went inside guy spoke to me and never came into the foyer to see what I needed. Stood there 5 minutes and he just kept looking through his papers. Went back outside and waited a little longer, eventually we figured they didnt want to sale a car so we left. Poor customer service!

I purchased a 2013 Infinity QX56 truck on June 25th. The truck would not start up and had to be jumped for over 30 minutes before it would start. This was immediately after i signed all the paperwork. On the way I notice a check engine light came on and it was sputtering. So i take it to auto zone to be put on the dx machine. Code comes back that it could be the catalytic converter. I take it back to Picasso they declared it was fixed and it was an O2 censor not CC. Drive off and it's still sputtering, call them to let them know they say bring it back, they declare its fixed again... they say it is ****** censor again, that it was bad andv they put another 1 on and " cleaned" a few other parts. Truck is STILL SPUTTERING! I requested that they put in writing all the things they have done to work on the vehicle so i can keep track for my records. They refuse to do so and tell me that they do not write anything down or give guarantees on their work because the vehicle was purchased as is. Fast forward about 1 month, over 2k and 3 car payments, a replaced drivers side ball joint, oil change, all new filters, spark plugs, ignition coils, crank shaft position censor another oil change, $675 dx from Infinity that took them almost a week to figure out what was wrong. They said they were seeing more vehicles come thru there from Picasso that were faulty as if they are just selling people sub par vehicles. The 1st mechanic I had look at it said he was amazed by all the loose wires, random screws missing and the fact that it looked like someone was just in there tinkering who didn't know what they were doing. Oh and to top it off I still can't get my plates because that haven't gotten their paperwork in. They were due July 18th. It's August 23rd. I've driven the vehicle a total of maybe 3 weeks since purchase. It's been faulty since day 1! Oh and lastly the truck had the engine replaced with a used engine in 2020 that they didn't inform me of either. Don't buy from them!

Failed to fix the problems. They said they were going to fix with the car I bought it is a Lexus Is250 never was maintenanced by them. They lied to me. Came with bad tires bad brakes, bad power windows waited in line for 10 hours just to get a car that is plagued with problems. I called them and they said they would get back to me and never have buyers beware of this place. The ********* location is the one I bought it from.

I called the dealership about the vehicle and asked them to shoot a video of it which they did. The video was taken far enough away that the vehicle looked to be in good condition. I asked if there were any blemishes or damage that I could not see. They told me it was good with no blemishes. I had to put down $500, non-refundable, to hold the vehicle until I could come look at it. When I got there, here is what I found: headliner sagging down across the back, no key fob, multiple interior bits damaged, cigarette ***** in the driver seat, a strong smell of body odor, deep scratches in the paint by the drivers door, chips of paint missing on the hood, lower passenger side front valence with deep scratches in the plastic and no security cover in the back. This vehicle was severely misrepresented by the dealership with their car ad and the video they took for me. The vehicle was overpriced by a couple thousand. I would avoid this place.

This was the most difficult company I have ever worked with. They refused to do things promised after purchase was completed. Threatened to not do the work. Took off some car parts that were originally on car before sold that made car unsafe. Told we should have noticed it before we took it. Wasted hours of my life fighting unnecessarily or showing up for appts they didnt book properly and had to go back for at a later date. Treated so badly by main lady and owner. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I wish I had not gone here to purchase a vehicle. Will never go back.
