I was sold a vehicle that has bad wiring I took the veh in 4x and continue to have issues I even had to spend 600 on a rental because they had my truck for over a week. I decided to take it to Firestone to get a complete electrical diagnostic test and was told all my wires are spliced and they refused to touch it. I feel taken advantage of. I spoke with the manager and he refuses to help me get another vehicle. Will be taken this further with legal action I DO NOT recommend ANYONE to themAndrews Auto Sales Inc. Response

Stating we are not willing to help is simply not true. We have offered every time for you to drop off the vehicle so we can investigate your issue. Last two communications from you stated you were bringing the vehicle to us to look at it then a few days later you no longer wanted the vehicle and you wanted to voluntarily surrender it back to us. They will take your money and your trade in. Then they will come repo your vehicle the same day your payment is due and then say they will not work with you because of the miles you put on your truck. If your buying the vehicle how can they say anything about how many miles you drive what you can or can't do in it. George ****** ** the salesman will be glad to put you in a vehicle that needs parts replaced and no gas. Just as long as he makes the sale that's all they are worried about they don't stand behind there word unless it's coming and taking the newly purchased vehicle back from you and trying to tell you lies and acting like he is better than someone and it's just a scam at andrews Auto Sales and scamsAndrews Auto Sales Inc. Kyle ****** purchased a 05 Dakota on 11/18/2022 with $200 down and a trade valued at $800. His first payment of $110 was due on 11/26/2022. When his first payment did not clear, he advised he would not be making his first payment, which brought attention to his account. In the 8 days he had the vehicle, he drove 1,143 miles and was in first payment default. The vehicle was repossessed after the close of business that day. We have offered to return his trade-in to him after reimbursing based on federal rates at $0.625/mile plus doc fee and $200 repossession fee while giving credit for his cash down payment. Although we are not required to return anything to him, we believe this is a fair offer.Customer Response

No I tried to make my first payment that following Monday ad they said they would work with me and they lied like they usually do

First payment default is considered a top indicator for a bad loan and we did verify with his employer that he did not show up to work most of that week prior. Financing is no longer an option with our company and documentation, dated 11/26/2022, was sent to him. Everything communicated to him is the truth and he could not prove otherwise. His offer to redeem his trade in ended 12/2/2022, but we will offer to extend it to the close of business 12/9/2022.Customer Response

I went that following Monday and tried as I said I would to make the payment and the said they wasn't willing to accept that payment off $110 bc of how many miles I had put on the truck, I've been the only one in contact to try and resolve this matter. They told me I could buy my trade in vehicle back for $939. 00 and I only had one week to do so but now they are saying the will work with me and I was at work everyday except the day of my Dr. Appts. But that shouldn't be an issue bc as long as I am paying for the vehicle that's all that should matter! I am employed and at the time I purchased the vehicle the amount of miles was not part of any contract or commitment. I'm not sure what communications they are trying to say that has been said but the only thing I know is what was said on the date of purchase and then after they took the truck they said they would not do business with me but kept my trade in. How is it possible for them to keep my trade in because they decided they wouldn't do business with me because of my employment status and the amount of miles I put on the purchasing vehicle. They repod the purchasing vehicle after being late one day which was on a Saturday, I did not get paid until Monday. ANDREW auto sales was well aware of this situation. Once they repod the vehicle, that Monday I went to pay the payment and they then decided they would not do business with me and would not accept my payment and told me I could buy my truck back. This place is horrible. The manager christy has told me multiple times that I don't make my payments on time. Which I do and can provide proof. Then my fiancé got a car and they won't work with her even though she just had a child and won't drop everything to satisfy them. They told us to clean out the car and told us we had a week to clean it out even though we both work full time. I do not recommend this place and I not be buying my next car from them. They are horrible and act like family emergency or anything don't happen.Andrews Auto Sales Inc. Response

Abby - you were a perfect paying customer the first year of your account. Our records indicate you were delinquent from July 2020 until January 30, 2021. We worked with you during this period to get your account back to current and your account is doing great right now. You must have been happy with us because you referred your fiance to purchase a vehicle and you earned a referral bonus. Due to privacy laws, I am not able to comment about your fiance's account since you are not a co-buyer, but I can say that we have a proven track record of working with customers during difficult times to keep them in their vehicle. Please have your fiance contact us if there's a desire to redeem the vehicle.
