The WORST experience I have ever had in my life! My insurance paid out just under $3,000.00 for a new set of dentures. This is my third set in 25 years. I have also filed a grievance through my insurance company. The dentures are complete trash! At the 2 year mark, I had already had to deal with 2 cracks in the upper denture. The fit is absolutely atrocious! After 3 years of so called adjustments they still cut my mouth so badly I only wear them when I have to go out in public! Aspen offered to make me a new set, but at an out of pocket cost of $2,500.00!! NO thank you!! I have since met tons of local people that have had much worse experiences with this location! One individual informed me that she had taken her 9 year old son in for 2 extractions.. THEY PULLED THE WRONG TEETH! I AM filing this complaint in hopes that SOMETHING can be done to stop the butcher shop of a dental company before they actually kill someone!!

I wish I could leave zero stars....What a joke! It's the day after Christmas. My Dentist is off so I called Aspen to help me with a chipped tooth that was ONLY bothering my tongue. After waiting over 40 minutes in the waiting room, they had me complete every x-ray they could possibly do. They had a hygienist come in to do more scans that were not asked for. Finally after 1 hour and 30 minutes, I was able to see whom I thought was the Doctor. He told me they could put some filling compound on the chip. That was my request in the first place. He left and they lead me up to the check out desk. I asked if he was going to help me.... NOPE.... he is only a fill in. The regular Dentist is out of office. So.... after multiple x-rays that were not needed and a HUGE estimate on items I personally did not need, I left the office after 2 hours no better off than I was when I walked in. This place should be turned in for insurance fraud. These people are why our rates are so high. I will NEVER step foot in another Aspen Dental again. EVER!

      To whom it concerns:
This complaint does not deserve any stars, in fact if there were MINUS -10 stars that would be the start of this complaint /review. First, I want to start at why I chose Aspen in the first place. My dad referred me to them because he got such good customer service. When he needed adjustments on his dentures he was seen in a timely fashion.
I had gotten my first set of dentures (upper & lower) from a previous dentist. That dentist office could not get my first set of uppers and lower to fit right. I went to aspen dental for a new set of uppers & lowers dentures. Many appointments later and adjustments, aspen wasn't able to get the new said of dentures to fit, so we (my husband & I) decided to go with implants. Well, that is a nightmare within itself.
I have sincerely tried to work with Aspen including Dr. ********* & Dr. *** on a solution to my never-ending implants & dentures to fit properly. After a year & half of grinding & replacement of buttons for the dentures that has never fit properly from the start of having implants. I have in good faith to ignore the claim that this is somehow my fault according to your dentists at both Aspen locations in Evansville, Indiana. I had an implant that was causing me unbearable pain so I made an appointment. Assuming on my part that this should have been an emergency appointment, I felt Aspen was careless in getting me in saying Dr. ********* is the only one that does the implants. Which brings up another point, when an appointment is made, 2-3 days goes by and Aspen is calling me because of the Dr. will not be there on said appointment date that was schedule. This has happened more than one time. It seems to me that it is every time I need to be seen. When Dr. ********* finally seen me, he had to pull the implant out. My question to him was what is the plan after you pull it? His response was we will have to put another one in. I am still having a problem with the remaining implants, I started with 7 implants, 4 upper, 3 lower. The implant I am having trouble with is the one that was next to the implant (upper) that was pulled. It is very painful. I am not able to wear my dentures, because again they do not fit properly.
Since I am not able to wear my dentures all of my meals consist of soup, soft food which is becoming a very poor diet, and boring. I do not attend social events or going out in public without my teeth.
My husband and I are at our wits end with having Aspen doctors doing anymore work inside my mouth. Because the doctors want us to fork out more money to do permanent denture implants which I feel should have been done in the first place, but in turn the money that we have forked out is being pulled out one implant at a time.
I know I am all over the map with how Aspen & Aspen doctors have treated this situation. This is just some of the negative highlights. So, as it stands right now my husband and I agree we do not want to give Aspen another dime, but we would like to get some kind of solution, from Aspens corporate office. So, we can move on to a more organized dentist office with the dentist being there when needed. So, I can move on getting a different treatment.
      Sincerely
Fed up, unsatisfied, toothless & done
