I believe Grote Elkhart scumed me I believe they should take the car back and offer me another at the same value or fix the car that has *** **** dents ** on trunk over *** on the roof and *** on hood now l did not see those dents because of color and light when I bought the so went back and show Jessey who came out and looked at and when back in and talked to John ***** he said not to worry about they would take care of and I would not be charged now they have refused to take care of the damage. I would like something done would you pay top dollar for car with *** dents in it I was scammed please help!!!!!

i went to go look for a car but when i went to talk to someone they pulled my credit before even looking at cars. i found a car that i liked but they didn’t tell me a price until i was about to sign for the car. the sales representative was very unprofessional. on the test drives he didn’t tell me any of the features or if there were any problems. i was there for 3 hours waiting for paper work because the “systems were down”. after all of the signing we got to take the car home and i noticed that the tire had a 2 inch gash. i tried calling them but no one answered. they pulled my credit even more after we signed all the papers and told me i had to come back in because they saved me $2 a week. a week later i get a text that i have to fill out even more paper work so i called them trying to ask about the return policy and they hung up on me. i drove there and wanted to talk to the manager and jesse was there. he helped me out a lot and is the only reason that i gave this review a star. he was the best part about grote. he got the tire fixed and answered my questions. but if you don’t get jesse, don’t go there.

This company texts me 3 times a day every day for weeks now because I registered to their website. I finally give them a chance to sell me a vehicle (2017 BMW X5) which the sales rep over the phone told me they have several on their lot so I drive from Mishawaka all the way to Elkhart to see and test drive them only to find out when I get there that they don't actually have any BMW X5s in stock. This company are liars and tell you they have something on lot when they don't they are just trying to get you to their lot to sell you something else. Don't subscribe to their website unless you want spam calls and text messages through the day every day!

Sold me a car 10/22 that has oil in the break system car can't be driven nothing covered.This is the second time it was in last week's the cam speed senso rnot covered 467.00 now everything in the break system front to rear! just under $2,400.00 repair bill . Lawyer calling me in morning will ask if I should go ahead and cover.. Hey if you have info that will help Lawyer is calling back tomorrow

I had buyer’s remorse an hour after and contact them by email 2 hours later because it was late. I told them that the monthly car payment was not in my budget and they kept insisting that they had me and even when signing the papers I knew I could do it and now they are telling me that I can’t back out when I did not put any money down and have not even taken the car off the lot. Any advice would help!

This place is a joke! The sale women put everything in the paperwork wrong told us we have to $500 down first so that was okay then when they realized she put everything in wrong they had to put our application in again then the down payment went up $1000 had to redo all the paper work again! Then to come & find out they messed up all my work information so I had to give the car back! Also I had gave them a trade in they never switched the plate like they said & also I was still being charged from the other financial place so I was paying on two cars! DO NOT GO TO THEM!!

Worst place ever..they say one thing..their commercial says one thing..and when you get there to get a car it's a whole different story..they are nothing but liars..would never recommend them to anyone..buying a junk car from a junkyard would be better then buying from them..
