              My husband and I purchased a Godfrey Sweetwater Pontoon on May 8th, 2021. We drove from ******* to ************** once we were told the boat was ready to be picked up. When we arrived at the dealer we were told there was damage they were unaware of that was from a forklift. The forklift damage several metal channels under the boat causing there to be a "dip" in the flooring on the boat deck. The forklift also severely damage the motor case. We were told Godfrey would contact us to come pick up the boat to repair this damage within 1 year of the purchase date. Unfortunately we are almost at 2 years since purchase and our boat has to return to a local ****** for damage that occurred because of negligence by both Godfrey employees and a recommended dealer. We were told to drop off our boat at a local ****** to be picked up by Godfrey. We dropped the boat off on November 30th and it sat there for 2 months before being transported to be fixed. We were not informed of any of this. Our boat was finally complete in February having only been in ******* for actual repairs for a few weeks. When we went to pick up our boat the initial damage was repaired but new damage was done by yet another forklift to the front channels of the boat. Godfrey rep offered nothing more than an email apology and that they would fix it. We sent out boat to another ****** for repair of this damage only to have it return to us over 30 days later with damage to other parts of our boat including our trailer hitch. I am VERY upset with this company. Our boat has depreciated in value due to negligence and we have continued to pay for storage, insurance and boat payments when our boat goes off for over a month to be repaired. We purchase this boat to make memories with our children and it has been nothing short of a nightmare from day 1. Please help us resolve this situation.

               I am rejecting this response because: this response did not yet offer a solution. Once Godfrey reviews our case and responds with a potential solution I will go from there.

              Godfrey Marine has reviewed the response from the consumer. I can confirm that a customer experience representative of Godfrey Marine has spoken to the servicing dealer and the consumer has been contacted and repairs are scheduled. Godfrey Marine considers this matter closed.

               I am rejecting this response because: this matter is far from closed. This is an ongoing process and repairs being done to our boat are from negligence by the manufacturer and the dealers that have handled thus situation. I have never once spoke to a customer experience representative from ********************** regarding this matter. Our boat is being fixed for the third time purely from pre existing damage. The first time our boat was fixed as promised by Godfrey it was damaged in ******* by Godfrey again and repaired again and damaged again. As the consumer I do not consider this matter closed.

              I ordered a New pontoon on 9-1-2021 and was told I WILL HAVE IT BY 4/1/2022. I am in ** AND THERE IS A LIMITED BOATING SEASON. To date I STILL do not have my boat or a projected delivery date. My dealer said if I back out now even though it is the fault of Godfrey I will lose my $20,000 deposit.There is also NO contact info that I can get to contact the manufactures direct.

              I ordered a Hurricane boat in Feb. 2021 and put down a $5k deposit. I was told the boat would be ready in late June. That was a lie, as I still dont have the boat. In July, ********************* from Hurricane told me production on my boat would START on 8/9/21 (proving the June delivery date was a lie) and would be completed in about 2 weeks. On 8/16/21, ***** admitted to me in email that most customers had been waiting longer than I have - ie, the same false information given to me had been given to others. Despite my repeated requests, ***** has not told me when the 8/9 production date was scheduled. He has failed to answer my questions and often is flippant. Im tired of the runaround, false delivery dates, and rude treatment by ***** and Hurricane. I want answers to two questions: (1) when was the 8/9/21 production date first scheduled, and (2) when will my boat be delivered?
