This was a horrible stay!! Roach infested found then in the bathroom by shower!!!! Room was filthy never cleaned food, garbage behind tv stands and under, these rooms never get Vaccumed or sanitized! Also pretty sure bedding has never been changed windows dirty pictures dirty! I was very disappointed i thought Ceasars chain would be nicer than this! WARNING TO OTHERS THIS PLACE HAS COCKROACHES! LET STAFF KNOW THEY JUST SHRUGGED IT OFF! PLEASE DONT STAY HERE UNTIL THEY FIX THEIR INFESTATION! This was on 8/25/2022. I have pictures and video of this.

Hi, Ashley. We're sorry to hear your experience wasn't as amazing as what we strive to provide for our guests. We'd like to reassure you that the hotel does not suffer from any form of infestation. Like many other companies, we have a pest control vendor who inspects our property regularly and provides treatment if necessary. We've not received any reports of this issue. We're sorry to hear you were booked into a room that had not yet been cleaned by our housekeeping team. This is an extremely rare occurrence, however, we understand the inconvenience this caused you. We hope this doesn't deter you from visiting again in the future.
